Particularly the manager (short dark hair) condensing and judgemental.
For a business in the beauty industry who treats young women you should be very careful on how you address area of concern and be a bit more compassionate in your approach
Appalling really!

I’ve been 3 seperate times for 1 standard botox treatment but even now, still have lots of movement.

To re-cap, I initially paid $540 for 3 areas. After 2 weeks and a poor result, I paid $60 for a top-up. Was still lots of movement so I went back for a third time. Paid again. This time $70. It’s been 2 weeks and still lots of movement.

Clearly there’s no point going back for a 4th attempt and paying more money for a treatment that hasn’t yet worked as it should.

So again, unfortunately I can’t recommend.

I have never written any negative feedback before, but this time I feel compelled to share my experience to make people aware and prevent them from making the same mistake. I want to emphasize: PLEASE DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE to this clinic. They will take advantage of that and charge the full amount without providing any service.

My unfortunate experience began when I had to reschedule my appointment on Sunday. Despite visiting their clinic multiple times and being a customer for a year, they never verbally informed me about this policy. I was shocked when one of the team members disclosed that such instances are quite frequent, indicating that taking advantage of people's unfortunate situations has become their practice. To my disbelief, even after requesting multiple times and being a loyal customer for over a year, they still charged me 99 AUD without providing any service. This lack of empathy and outright rudeness towards customers is deeply disappointing.

I am left wondering, if I hadn't paid in advance and simply rescheduled, how would they have applied this unfair policy?

Beyond the financial issue, their behavior was extremely rude. Charging such a substantial amount (99 AUD) without providing any service and then treating customers with disrespect is unacceptable. I cannot comprehend such behavior from a professional establishment.

I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. They attempt to shift blame to customers, claiming they incurred losses due to non-attendance, as if they only operate for a single customer. Additionally, they display double standards; if you're slightly late for 2 minutes, they cancel your appointment, but if you arrive on time, they keep you waiting for 10 minutes.

Overall, my experience with this clinic was overwhelmingly negative, and I have decided not to visit any laser clinic in the future.

I hope my feedback helps others make informed decisions and encourages the clinic to improve their practices.

After taking your money they don't care about the quality of the service. They did a very messy laser hair removal treatment that needed a touch up. I went back to book one and they did! The day I went for the touch up they took me to the room to tell me that they cannot do it! Didn't say sorry and didn't listen to me! Then Ali started to be very disrespectful! They need to train their team to do their job professionally. Asking a client to leave without saying sorry was very disappointing. I've trained staff for customer service/Health care for 15 years and the bare minimum is to listen to the customers, acknowledge their point of view and concerns and say sorry when you have to! Not saying it is what it is and ask them to leave!

Moved my appointment time three times then cancelled it. Annoying and inconvenient. Probably because I’m a new client.

Really great laser done by Ali! Highly recommend. Cant fault the clinic but very disappointed they dont refund unused skin products.really cant see the reason when the product is obviously unsealed, that it cant be returned.

Had the best treatment and experience at this clinic. The girls have been extremely patient and wonderful as it’s been a while since I had my last treatment. And they also have great offers on all the time! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my service today came in for a laser treatment and asked the lady for some help with my skin! Zeinab made me feel so comfortable and helped me with what best suits me. She answered all questions and was such a bright person to speak with! Honestly can say best service ever with Zeinab!

The assistant manager, Alex, is the rudeness person on earth I have seen. She was so rude, disrespectful and discriminating. She said because I am Asian so I won't have money to pay for the service. I am working with a high profile and travel to many countries. I will not break my reputation for something like that.
Their staff made a mistake when I made a payment by card by tapping, and they did not check and realised that they did not tab my card correctly and then told me it was all good too, so I left. Then the following day, I got miss multiple calls, and I was in a meeting. When I had 10 mins before my next meeting, I got another call, so I picked up. She forced me to make a payment on the phone. It sounded like spam to me, so of course, I won't pay for it. I told her I was having another meeting. After I finish a meeting, I will walk into her shop and fix the payment. It was not big money, by the way, only $500. She was making the thing like $5m. She said no, I have to go now and pay now. Otherwise, she will call the police. I told her I needed to work and I was not losing my job for something like this, no way. She wasn't listening and yelled at me, saying I am going to cheat and I am Asian, so I won't have any money. She is going to call the police. I couldn't talk to her, and my meeting was on the way. The last word I told her was that I had to go and I would fix it after the meeting has done. So I hang up. Then she still called me multiple times while I was in the meeting. It was so so terrible to experience in my life.
Before I walked down to the shop, I accidentally checked my email, and I found her email. It was a rude, discriminatory and disrespectful message. The worth she threatened me to call the police again.

I was so upset, $500 was not big money, but she made it like the end of the world. When I was in the shop, she was yelling at me, screaming and again she was rude. The owner came to apologise to me but not her. It was an embarrassing and terrible experience.

If you want a terrible experience, rude, discrimination and disrespect. So here you go to try this laser clinic.

The staff at Zetland are all super friendly and professional. I like my laser treatments and skin treatments. Microdermabrasion and Enzymatic peeling (now renamed to something else I can’t remember) are my favourites. Very happy with the service!

Have been a long time customer with Zeinab and have always enjoyed the peel treatments. They are not only effective but are also a monthly relaxation treat. Zeinab would make the extra effort so you'll feel relaxed during the treatment and I would highly recommend!

This clinic is completely mis managed and screwed me around. I confirmed and pre paid for a microdermabrasion booking in person, the clinic messaged me and called me to confirm throughout the week and i replied to lock this in, and I checked in person again on the day of treatment and the clinic said they deleted my appointment. The only time they could fit me in was midday on Sunday. I rescheduled my plans to make this work and after 5 minutes late they said they couldn’t honour the appointment and it deleted from the system. This whole clinic is a joke when it comes to expectations and management of client appointments. I can’t get a refund or alternate solution because the owner isn’t in. As a mum of a toddler it’s already so hard to get me time in, and this clinic does not make it easy.

I have been coming to LCA for years. I have had the best laser hair removal results and the Moore Park store is fantastic. The girls are extremely friendly and thorough. I constantly recommend my friends to do laser with LCA. I would highly recommend them.

Been coming since last year to Laser Clinics Zetland for the Peel Accelerator and Laser hair removal. I always leave happy and especially my skin has improved so much! Big thanks to Zeinab who always recommends the most suitable service for me.

I’ve been to Laser Clinics Zetland several times now, for peels, botox, led treatments, etc. Every time I’ve been there, the staff have been amazing. From the reception staff, to the staff conducting treatments, they’re professional, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. Particularly, Reyn and Ali have been stand-outs, with their work and knowledge first class.
