I have been Client of the laser clinic Darlinghurst for 6 months, and I just want let everyone know about that good service from this place specially to the girls who look after me all the time ; Meiss and Agla thank you girls for the amazing treatment you are very, very caring and competent in your skills and your work!

I’ve been coming to Laser Clinics Darlinghurst for several years now to receive injectable treatments and have been seeing the beautiful Lijuan. She is not only highly skilled and professional but one of the best injectors I’ve seen and would find it hard to see anyone else now. Lijuan is truly genuine, she listens to your concerns during your full consult, and makes sure she covers everything off and you leave 100% happy and satisfied. She is not pushy, she will never oversell any treatments on you, and she always looks after her client's needs first and foremost. Her techniques are tailored to your needs. You can truly be comfortable tell her exactly what you want and she will do her best to work to achieve these results with you! You will not be disappointed if you choose Lijuan as your injector trust me on that!
Also, a special mention and shoutout to the absolute wonderful, amazing, beautiful team that work at this clinic. There's not a single person in the team I could fault. They are the most welcoming, friendly, caring girls at any clinic I’ve ever been to. They will literally go above and beyond for you. This place has become like a second home for me. They are more like my friends and family. Thank you for always looking after me and treating me so well! You are ALL such superstars xx

I went there this afternoon. The staff is so rude, she even doesn't explain the procedure properly. When I have done with my treatment, she asked me "have you paid? " And I thought that I can used my balance there which is I should have my treatment in the other branch, so I answered her, "I think I have balance, let me check it first. "
Then she said, no you don't. So, what is the purpose she asked me? Actually she can explain to me politely.
I don't want to go there anymore, so bad.

I have had several sessions of laser hair removal and for the first time I have to recognize the delicacy, detail and professionalism of Kira at Darlinghurst Laser clinic. I mentioned it to her personally when I noticed that she does not lose spaces when placing the laser, she took her time and was very kind, making me feel comfortable and relaxed too. Recently, I underwent my second scalp PRP treatment at Darlinghurst LCA with Liliya (@perfectface_au on IG). I had previously had this treatment at a non Laser Clinics Australia business and comparitivley, I can wholeheartedly recommend Liliya for a far superior treatment. She was extremely knowledgeable throughout every part of the process, and took the utmost care to provide the best results possible. She has a friendly, professional approach where she assesses individual needs and explains possibilities in a wholisitic, unbiased manner. I am seeing great outcomes for hair regrowth and will definitely be returning for future maintenance. I can confidently recommend Liliya to others for all their injecting needs; she's the kind of professional you can trust to take care of your aesthetic.

I have never felt more comfortable in my own skin, just from a few visits the results are very visible. Mayse has hands of an angel and she understands what is required, its been such a pleasure to have her work on my skin regime and look after me. I look forward to many more sessions with her and the team at LC Darlinghurst.

The clinic is superb, the girls are so welcoming and kind that I wanted to stay to keep them company! At first, I was really anxious about the pain because in France laser session are extremely painful.but the session was so quick and on a scale of 1 to 10 my laser pain went down to a 0, I was speechless, so I would recommend this place a hundred times if I have to!

I’ve attended 9 out of 12 of my pre paid laser hair removal appointments. In December 2021, pretty much none of my hair in the treated areas was growing back except for a tiny patch or two. Since the staff member who was looking after me left the clinic and I’ve seen other staff members, all the hair has grown back within 4 days of treatment. When I called the clinic to talk about this, I was told by a staff member that on my file it says the same setting and same machine continued to be used on me, which I don’t believe could possibly be true. I was told to shave (which just resulted in the hair growing back once again, obviously) and was told I’d get a call back from the manager, however it’s been 5 days and I never received one. This entire exercise has been a complete waste of money.

Total lack of care or professionalism. The staff member did not even bother to introduce herself to me. The treatment was rushed and no care was taken. There is absoulty no way the treatment was done thoroughly when the estimated time to laser all the areas I paid for should have been about 60 min, yet she was done in no more than 20min. Honestly the issues didn't end there.
