Absolutely, would recommend laser clinic blacktown I love the environment it’s nice and chill easy to book. I had a facial for the first time ever. It was a good experience I would recommend 100%. They’re very friendly and welcoming and also gave me good advice and the price is really good if I could give you more than five stars I would also like to note I normally do not leave reviews.

Loved my experience at this clinic, staff were very formal, nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic, the process was efficient making me feel nice and pampered, the clinician thoroughly went through the aftercare steps with me and provided me with a booklet for up keeping, this clinic will definitely be seeing me again.

I came for my maintenance laser (brazilian) after completing my package overseas. I was skeptical cause of the attractive promotional pricing, and they only would do the laser across 1 time. Cause my precious clinic would run over the area a couple times to make sure it was thorough…
But I SAW RESULTS after 2-3 sessions! Happy with the results. The service was decent too. Not too hard sell or anything. Would recommend! Though might be hard to get slots on weekends.

The Blacktown staff is so kind and friendly, they are always efficient & professional with their services. Laser hair removal is the best treatment and I highly recommend! I had a slight issue with miscommunication online however this was dealt with promptly and the manager Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after which I greatly appreciated. Shout out to Grace who does my treatments she is so super lovely and always looks after me with so much care and warmth:)

From the beginning to the end the service was amazing

They did a great job even staff are friendly. Dealing perfectly during treatment as well. I really recommend this for leaser treatments which is located in local area.

I have talked to the manager about my complaint but I just think it’s still not handled properly.

I know the lady who treated me today is a new one because in the last 3 years I’ve seen her just today.

First, the lady who did my laser hair treatment did not knock or signal coming in and out of the room. Very unprofessional as I was in the process of changing my clothes.

Second, she was ready to do my lip & chin but forgot to give me protective glasses.

Third, I already told her that it is painful and to adjust the settings. The lady continued on and kept going back over the same area over and over, while missing some areas too. She even said “It’s not me, it’s the machine. ” Well she has control over it so it really is still her fault.

I have been coming here and only here for more than 3 years, pre-pay all my sessions, and buy lots of their products, and this is how I got treated today. The manager apologised and said she’ll make sure I’m never treated by the same lady again. But was that really the best they could do? Just not assign that lady to me? What happens to the other clients assigned to her? So much for valuing a customer — a loyal one — I guess!

I absolutely loved my experience at laser clinics Australia at Blacktown. The staff were very informative and explained everything to me clearly before on going treatment. Super friendly and knowledgeable too on what products would work best for my skin. Love their skin care and I walk out of the clinic feeling pampered and happy every time. The ladies as Laser Clinics westpoint are professional and lovely. They have always taken the time to listen to my needs and give advice appropriate for my skin. If they do not believe a treatment is right for you, they will communicate that which I appreciate. My mother also went to get her laser hair removal here and said they were wonderful to her - which is nice because she doesn't speak english and I often worry she will have a bad experience.

I have been a customer of LCA Blacktown since the time they opened and have had a great experience up until now when the mgmt has changed. Given my long history with the clinic and complication with my treatment on certain areas, the previous owner had put a note on file to allow me the certain areas lasered at half price so I didn't have to wait for the sale to book in for my maintenance appointments.

I had not been in a year due to pregnancy and today on my return, the new owner refused to honour the arrangement I had in place for about 5 years now. It is not about the money for me but the poor customer service over a mere 10% given it was 40% off anyway. Based on the this poor customer service experience, I will be going to another store instead.

No complaints about the staff serving me. She was very apologetic and lovely in the service she provided.

Today I have appointment at laser clinic blacktown where I meet Chloe she real helps me with my skin treatment.
