I got laser on my legs about a week ago here and there so friendly and really made me feel comfortable and honestly I didn’t feel it I had to ask her if she even started, definitely Recommend coming here thank you lca for giving me a good experience!

The team is extremely lovely and helpful when I go in for advice about which treatment is best suited for my needs, I love their honesty so I'm not wasting my time or money getting treatments I may not need.

Their communication is confusing regarding laser. They say they can do spot treatments for tiny patches of longer hair, but then treat the area poorly. Would recommend going to a different centre.

I’ve been getting laser done at Roselands for a couple months now by Elizabeth and cannot express how grateful I am for her treatments - she’s always polite, quick, and I’ve seen results so much faster than past clinics. She’s a beautiful soul and I wouldn’t want anybody else to do my laser!

The friendliest, most professional laser clinic I’ve been to! My go to girl is Elizabeth (she takes so much care and has amazing attention to detail) but every single lady here is incredible! Always the best time in this clinic. Xx

I have been using this place for more than two years and everything was going excellent, but unfortunately last six months this place turned a disaster and the girls working their all all new and are rude and don’t have manner. I have booked this Saturday at 10: 00 am and it is now 10: 15 and the girl has serviced and treated a customer who was not booked but just her friend

I have enrolled for 12 sessions but just after my 2nd session my facial and throat hair almost gone. Imagining myself how would i look after my 12th session. Also the staff is very polite, and helpful especially AGNESS. SHE IS THE BEST. The best place. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend LCA Roselands. The therapists have great customer service and are very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. I had a great experience with my laser, I didn't feel a thing and the therapist had great attention to detail. I recently had an enzymatic peel done, it is an excellent treatment and I highly recommend getting one. I've purchased several skin needling treatments and microdermabrasion treatment. I'm looking forward to them!

All the ladies at this store are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond for their customers, making you feel so comfortable and valued upon entering the store to carrying out the laser treatment. Amarni and Natalie especially are extremely attentive and carry out my laser treatment each time with so much care, skill and precision and the results never fail to amaze me. They simply never miss a spot! These two ladies have so much knowledge and I cannot thank them enough. The Owner of the Roselands Clinic, Ashika I believe, happened to be in the day which I received my recent treatment and asked me how my treatment was, you could tell she was a true, professional team leader who genuinely cared about her customers. She is the backbone of such a great team. The owner/manager truly does have a great effect on how this clinic offers its services. I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I’m not one to complain ever, but earlier last month I came in to enquire for laser and skin and was rudely interrupted by the lady out of uniform (Indian looking). Her front desk mannerisms were so unprofessional, management should pick her up on it. In future, I advise to let the persons in uniform do the talking. At least they know what they’re talking about.

Always feel cared for at roselands, The girls are always welcoming and care deeply for your needs, Julie has so much knowledge and puts a plan in place for you which I think is so important. Definate 5 stars for lca roselands.

What can I say I have been to a few Laser clinics but Roselands has outdone all of them. Since they opened the girls have always been super friendly always smiling extremely professional and polite. Always looking to advise and help.
Please keep up the wonderful experience girls and thanks what a breathe of fresh air you all are.
