Customer service is amazing. I always come back to this place for my laser appointments with Nes. She cares about her customers and gives the best advice. 10/10 would recommend.

I've been in Sydney for awhile now, and I had a hard time choosing which beauty clinic can really take care of my skin and body. But, when I had my first session of hair removal with Nes, she was very friendly and nice. She was also informative with the services I'm interested to. Now I'm also doing needling with her! A+ with the services and staff!

Honestly best experience I had, I was so nervous I generally faint with my injections but the nurse Jessica was so nice and made the experience so easy and painless honestly best nurse there! 10/10 I highly recommended

And of course, I have to specifically shout out technician Nesrine, who has always made my experience at the clinic feel like a hang out with a friend, without compromising on the very high quality of her services - she’s always open to giving more tips to help, is very accommodating to your needs and is overall a gem at what she does. Truly one of a kind.

I came to get my under-eye injected for the first time with 1ml. After I finished being injected, my under-eye was uneven with one side being more hollow than the other. There was clearly one eye that needed more filler than the other. I raised this with the injector and she said she can only inject 0.5ml on each side and can’t change that. This makes no sense because what if I only need 0.4 on one side but 0.6 on the other. She refused to inject me further to fix the uneveness unless I paid for more filler. My under eye is still uneven and I now need to pay to have more filler injected

My 16 yr old received a treatment today with Nes.
It was her first time experiencing laser hair removal.she was quite reluctant to go ahead as, she was scared of how painful it would be. Nesrine, made her feel very comfortable during the treatment today!
Thank you again for your professionalism. She will definitely be back next month with loads of confidence ️

Ive been coming here for a couple of treatments and if theres anyone you want to see for laser or skin, it would have to be Steph. She is beyond amazing and my results have been amazing. She is very careful, very patient and her attention to detail is spot on! Couldnt have asked for a better therapist!

Have tried other LCA’s but honestly the girls at Liverpool are the best. They’re always friendly, warm, welcoming and most importantly make you feel comfortable during the treatments. A special mention to Dianne who has been looking after me the past few months. She’s passionate about her job and knows what she’s doing! Thanks Dianne for helping me and for fixing up mistakes from other clinics. I have tried a variety of facials and laser hair treatments now, all with great results.

Be careful when you purchase prepaid payments. They don’t send reminder texts and they just took your money without deliver the treatments. I was told that my treatments were expired despite that today is the first day (09 Jan 2023) I visited the clinics in Liverpool. I paid $262 and they refused to provide the treatments due to they being expired and they don’t take any blame for being neglected themselves and didn’t send any reminder - non at all. I won’t come back.

This is the best place to get your laser and other services done! Ladies here are just awesomely polite and great at their work.

I love coming here for my laser sessions! The clinic is clean, the treatment is effective and appointments always run on time. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Ashley who is knowledgeable and efficient. Wouldn't even think to go anywhere else!:)
