The girls at this clinic are so lovely! I always have a great experience and always feel welcome! I understand that sometimes people can be sick, and have to move appointments if needed, but we’re all only human!
Definitely recommend this clinic!

I really adore the Clinic’s manager “Ms. Tasneem”. She is very knowledgeable about my skin type. And she is really client obsessed, putting a client first with her enthusiasm.

Today, she did skin needling on my face and explained me what best skin treatment plan for next 12 months (I do once a month for skin-treatment).

I have purchased a couple of laser packages and i couldnt go to George st branch. I called to the branch a couple of time and spoke to the manager and the receptionist many times to transfer my packages to another branch that i can make it and they keep ignoring my request and pass me around.it has been 3 months now i keep asking to change my branch and nothing happened. It is absolutely the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. The name of the manager is Tas and she hasnt called me at all as she promissed me to fix the issue.

I had my second laser removal hair with Manesha, and she always gave me an amazing service!
I have had other treatments here and the staff are welcoming, professional and kind!
Definitely coming back!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TREATMENTS! They are a SCAM. The most unprofessional and unethical company I have dealt with. My pre paid sessions expired due to COVID - no extension given. When I followed up about the “expired” sessions, they advised they ‘changed’ systems and my history was wiped. After sending LCA confirmation emails of pre paid treatments they have done NOTHING to rectify money that was spent in 2019. FYI once they have your money, they keep it, regardless of the circumstances. The customer service is a JOKE. Don’t waste your time and money on an unethical business. Go somewhere else! Trust me! You don’t want to lose your money.

In comparison to my own experience and the feedback I received from friends who have visited other clinics, this particular location lacks flexibility, responsiveness, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Some clinics generously offer the option to use your credit for various treatments and products, providing a safety net if you change your mind or find yourself running out of time. Certain clinics go the extra mile by offering razors or extras for regular laser clients if the need comes up. These small gestures make a significant difference and contribute to a more positive overall experience.

Considering the mixed quality of service across the brand's clinics, I would recommend exploring alternative options.

Been going to LCA here for 2 years and tried LCA other branch. So far this branch has the best customer service and Maria did my laser, she was very detail, friendly and patient too.

It was my first laser hair removal experience and I was quite nervous but Claire has been extremely reassuring and gentle through the whole process.
I left there thinking « I am in good hands » and this is precious.

Claire’s advice has completely fixed my skin! I had suffered with dermatitis and rashes on my face for around three years up until the past few months. On 30th December I visited laser clinics George Street for a peel and an LED light. Claire took one look at my skin and said she would not recommend I get a peel as she would have to avoid such a large area of my face and it would be a waste of money for me. Claire instead recommended that I have an LED light only, and if possible try to come in for a yellow LED light twice a week until my flare ups were cleared. I took this advice and within one month my skin was completely clear and my sensitivity significantly reduced! I have since had a peel and a microdermabrasion with no flare ups, only even clearer skin! I am so thankful that I visited Claire and would definitely recommend others do so – I have gone from needing to use steroid cream almost everyday and still suffering with angry, red and painful skin to never using steroid cream and having no issues!

Such a big wast of money this company!
I have been in doing my laser hair removal for 2 years in this place, I spend over $2000 I still can believe my hair are still the same.
Nothing has change, I heard a lot of complain about this clinic and even that I thought I will give a try and spend over 20 sessions of laser and still disappointed. Really trust me is not worth it.

By far its the best laser clinic in Sydney and Adrianna is one of the best therapist I have ever had (cannot recommend enough!)

I have been going to Laser Clinics Australia for years to get laser hair removal but recently wanted to try their skin treatments at George Street. I booked in for a basic peel but unfortunately my skin was too sensitive and didn't react well. Instead of proceeding with the treatment, Claire gave me a full refund and suggested I slowly build up to a peel by using their products for a few weeks (without any pressure). After using a few products from the range (which are way more affordable than what I buy at Mecca), I went back in for the peel and it was a complete success! Since then, my skin has seen a huge improvement and is a lot more hydrated and glowing! I highly recommend trying their products which are usually on sale, and their basic peel which is the cheapest, non invasive but sees great results.

I've been going to Laser Clinic Australia since 2002 but recently I moved job so I looked for a clinic near work. This clinic is by far my favourite clinic. They are very professional, always on time! In and out very quickly. You don't have to wait for too long in this clinic. I am very impressed. Will keep coming back to this clinic!

I just cannot recommend nurse Brooke enough. I was very scared in the beginning but she explained everything and the results were always good. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I've been going here for quite a long time now and I always request Adrianna, she is amazing, I only ever go and get laser done with her as I've had some bad experiences in the past. She is so friendly, patient and always has a smile ready. The best customer service and she will always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and make the whole thing as painless as possible.

Very disappointed. I've been with LCA for a while now. However, my last experience with LCA Sydney CBD (George St) was very disappointing. I booked for my underarms with the clinic because the clinic I often visit didn't have the available time slot that I want. It was my first time visit this clinic and will be my last time. The session went so quickly as I had only 4 pulses each side. Well, I understand it may not take long for the underarms, but not this quick. All other sessions I have had with other LCA clinics took at least 10 pulses each underarm. I couldn't recall the name of the lady who did the laser for me except that she is Asian.
Thanks for their work, I will not visit this clinic again.
