I have been going to Marrickville metro laser clinic for over 2 years for all my laser and beauty needs. All of the therapists are super friendly and professional. I always leave happy with the service and recommend them highly.

I have been to the marrickville branch and I have been to this branch many times and have been using it for many years. I waited for about 20 minutes. Then the staff her hair Orange color she is rude and the service is extremely bad and unprofessional. I have been using led yellow service. It takes only 15-20 minutes to do normally. And that her forget me in the room for about 30 minutes and leave me lying on the bed after that another women opened the door and shocked why I'm still in the room? And she said to me I don't have to pay nothing and gave me a free facial. I feel terrible with that place, How could the staff forget me in the room and not finish her job yet?

I started visiting Laser Clinics in Marrickville early in 2022 for laser hair removal and help with improving my skin quality.
I was originally looked after by Jess and haven’t wanted to see anyone since. So knowledgeable and compassionate, and she obviously really understood what I needed as I now have the best skin I have ever had in my life. She’s also very fast and efficient while doing laser.
Would absolutely not go anywhere or to anyone else. Thank you for making me feel amazing!

I changed a location from CBD to Marrickville Metro for 3 treatments just because it's closer to home but it was absolutely terrible service. Nahal was quite rude and complained when I asked for a lower heat. The FOH staff said to me when I showed up for my appointment at 6.51pm (my appointment is at 6.50pm) that I was showed up the last minute and they are almost close. I mean she was the one who booked me in at this time a month ago. If the clinic does want to operate at this time so do not book the customer in better than give this attitude and rude. Never again.

I have been coming here for years. Although I no longer live close by, the service and friendliness of the staff far surpasses any other clinic that I have been too

I have been to other laser clinics stores but only started going to the Marrickville store recently and I was very impressed with how organised and friendly the staff all are. They are one of the busiest stores I have been to (& I have been to 4 different ones) but yet they are always available to answer the phone and help. They never seem rushed or stressed and they will go above and beyond to get an appointment for you even when they are fully booked. I have been going for skin treatments and been very happy. Thanks!

I have seen both Suzanne and Belinda and they both take the time to really assess your skin and give you the right treatment.

The technician was knowledgeable, and explained the procedure step by step setting realistic expectations.

I noticed she was skilled and experienced, by the way she conducted the procedure, which make me feel confident that she will also hit the nessessary spots (with the needed intensity).

I haven’t been to a Laser Clinics franchise since the beginning of Covid. I was a regular at North Sydney and had to go to Results Laser recently as Laser Clinics was booked.
Well, now I know why they were booked. I went recently for a Brazilian laser hair removal and some other spot areas. You can immediately tell that the technician (whose name I forgot and am kicking myself for it) was very skilled, professional and experienced! She made me feel comfortable but also secure that she was being thorough at the same time.
I was incredibly impressed with the result and ecstatic with the service. It has been years since I have been this happy with a laser technician! I will not be more organised and book in advance for this quality and service going forward.
