I have been coming to Laser Clinics at Narrellan Town Centre for the past 7 years. Always clean and great service.

Friendly staff who continually make sure you are comfortable and at ease. Great product range and good specials. Highly recommend most treatments

I was a little bit worried going to a laser place for injectables, but I was automatically put at ease when I met Gemma.
She’s incredible at her job, she’s kind, patient and passionate about what she does. I feel like she has the friend- like approach and makes you feel comfortable instantly. Everything was talked through thoroughly and explained perfectly. She’s super responsive on Instagram with any questions

Got Botox for the first time and spent $500 for it to start wearing off after 6-8wks. Was told that due to get more ml’s it would be around 4 months. I can confirm now it’s just under 3 months and I am back to basically pre botox.
I wrote to them to tell them of my experience, never to hear anything from them regarding my feedback. Don’t go here.

The ladies are nice but so not worth the money you pay. Paid $800 for pigmentation removal, 3 sessions. I am also left wondering if the last lady that saw me had the right setting, as I got more of a result in the 2nd session than the last. The spots I wanted help with, well there is barely any difference and now I am left with more pigmentation that the laser lifts up, which they didn't warn me about until after, so I have new freckles. So angry that I wasted my money on this.

Elise was very friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Such a friendly and warm personality and would definitely recommend her to friends.

I can't not thank and praise Laura enough for her lovely service for myself and Mother. We both had a service previously and weren't entirely happy but thought we'd go back in hope of a better service and had Laura as our lady. She is not only professional at what she does but is absolutely amazing and friendly and very honest. Laser Clinics she is definitley a big asset to your business as we will only be coming back to Laura in the future. Gemma is truly the best cosmetic injector I have come across. I can not Express how grateful i am to have found her, I have never left an appointment feeling anything other than confident in both myself and the result of the injections. The thing about Gemma is that she always listens to exactly what i would like out of the service and when needed she explains everything to me in detail, I never feel like I am getting anything other than what is best for me and my face shape, I have left cosmetic injectors before feeling overdone and extremely uncomfortable and whether or not the result was " on Trend" or popular with their other clients, it certainly was not right for me for me. I am also not the easiest client and often find i have questions even weeks after and every time I message her she always gets back to me as soon as possible never making me feel like an inconvenience. I have learnt that this is just the way of Gemma, meeting her you can instantly tell that she has such an open, warm and understanding personality which makes the experience of visiting her so much smoother. Any anxiety I feel about having needles come at my face disappears when she welcomes you in. Since meeting Gemma I have grown so much in my confidence thanks to what she has done and I honestly can not thank her enough for gifting me with that feeling. So if you are wanting try Botox etc for the fist time or change injectors i could no recommend her enough.

I have only experienced lovely staff & management here. Premises is always clean & tidy. A beautiful young lady Keira looked after me today she was so professional & did a great thorough job of my laser. My husband had capillary skin treatment today & that too was excellent. As a prior dayspa owner I know the importance of excellent staff & good skincare knowledge & hygiene. Well done Laser Clinic Narellan town Centre.

Alannis is the absolute best laser technician/ beauty therapist I have ever come across in my life. I love coming here because of how thorough she is at her job and how she really cares about delivering the best service. I will be really sad when I move because she has set the bar so high I don’t think I’ll find someone as good as her again.

I’ve recently been for my second round of lip filler with Gemma. She’s is amazing! Made me feel super comfortable and relaxed and very gentle, felt very at ease. Highly recommend her she’s the best! Thanks gem

If you are new to Laser would recommend seeing Alanis! She goes above and beyond to check in and ensure the client comes first every time. She has made laser an enjoyable experience and I wouldn't see anyone else.

All of the staff were so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Everything was explained well and all of my questions were answered. I was so impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Would happily recommend this clinic to anyone and I will definitely be back.
