Very disappointing customer care service and I feel so cheated. They absolutely had no idea what they were talking about- and put me on the spot stating incorrect records. Very rude staff. They never gave me any context but said they cannot treat since I did not say I did not expose myself to sun in the past 2 weeks! I asked how long is an exposure feasible and the lady said I am supposed to be indoors all through out. I asked why I was not told this before or even when I came for the prior treatment and she said they should have.
So either they put me at risk due to their incompetence before or they are lying now.

I have been doing laser for the last 5 years now and never faced such irrational behaviour.
I moved to this clinic from the mcqrie branch and will probably go back there!

When asked for refund they gave me Caroline's email id to speak to instead of trying to solve it themselves. Why can’t they refund me? When asked for invoice they said they did not have a printer.
Very unfortunate.

Very rude staff i called to reschedule my appointment as the medication I was on was not allowing me to have laser. When i called the woman basically said theres nothing that she could do and basically implied i was lying. She said that I would loose my pre booked appointments work $1000. Then she said if i wanted it to change i had to contact the head of laser clinics and provide them with a medical certificate. And let me tell you getting the medical certificate was not easy we had to contact the specialist for him to write one up. Then when i contacted the head she said I didn't need a medical certificate. I mean come on way to toss me around its honestly ridiculous like get a grip stop being so selfish and snobby.

Received a anti wrinkle treatment from Belinda Bosley and it was such an enjoyable process Belinda was so informative and easy to speak to. The process took less then 10 minutes from the consult to walking out the door?

I've seen Nurse Belinda Bosley for cosmetic injectables a few times.

She comes highly recommended from me.

She is nice,  compassionate,  and incredibly knowledgeable in her field.

I'm a beauty therapist,  and I wholeheartedly endorse her!

I have been using this clinic more than 5 years since 2015! It was very good services, but today when I walk in 1: 17 I was late 7 minutes supposed to at 1: 10, a girl in front of desk didn't allow me to do my laser, just because I was late 7 minutes, let's be honest from my experiences! Usually if I came on time I always wait 10 to 15 minutes to do my laser or needling, but today just because she's in charge that place or maybe lazy to do more job she's not allowed me to do my laser! It wasn't busy at all.

Sad to leave this review as I used this location for my hair removal services for many visits but after leaving my sunglasses one visit and having the girls phone me and tell me so, I returned two weeks later to collect and they were nowhere to be found and noone knew what I was talking about. They were expensive sunglasses, but aside from that 2 weeks is far too short a time for someone to claim them as their own. It's one of those things I still think about often! Very sad

Italian girl working there is very kind and helpful. She is always trying to give her best for your best result. Happy to recommend everyone.

Only dropping one star because the first time I came in for laser, the appointment wasn't great but wasn't bad. I don't remember who I had but she wasn't very talkative and the information she gave me felt vague and rushed.

However, my second appointment was with Mckenzie and she was awesome. Super friendly and informative, explained everything she was doing as she did it, and made sure to get all my hair areas completely ready for laser before starting the process. Would 100% see her again and recommend her to anyone else.

Had a very unpleasant experience on Saturday. I've been going for 7 months already for my monthly laser hair removal session (half legs + brazilian+ uarms) Each session takes literally 15 minutes. This time I called in advance to say I'd be 10 mins late so they could organise.
When I arrived they said I just had 5 mins left and that They could only do underarms and brazilian. I couldn't not believe they wouldn't do half legs when it literally takes 5 mins or less. Everyone attending this center knows how hard it is to get a hair laser appointment out of working hours (yes, surprisingly enough I work Mon-Friday from 8: 30 to 5: 30), when I asked when I could get my half legs done (again 5 mins of their time) Lauren was rude and unpolite, not flexible at all and said they were fully booked for the next weeks. I had to book another appoint with another company that kindly treated me immeditaly as it would only take 5 mins.

Can't recommend this clinic and the staff highly enough. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable when it comes to hair removal for guys. I suffered from serious ingrown hair issues due to shaving but since coming in to see the girls for hair removal on my legs, I have not had an ingrown hair issue. They were very understanding and made me feel very welcome. I am 6 sessions in and I am so happy with the results so far.

Waste of money! Laser doesn't work.
Staff were nice enough and service was ok, but laser does not work.
I was told I am the perfect candidate, fair skin and thick dark hair. They said 10-12 treatments would remove my hair growth. I added a couple more to be 100% sure it would go for good.
I spent over $2500 for laser on my chest, back, shoulders and arms.
I went every 4-6 weeks for 14 treatments and stayed out of the sun as directed.
Arm hair, growth is the same it was when I started and chest and back/ shoulders are not far off from when I started. I spoke with the owner and expressed my concerns and all she offered was 2 more treatments for free. Whats the point if it doesn't work. They said it may have not worked cause I have to much testosterone, LOL what a cop out.
They are very quick to take your money upfront and promise it will work but when it doesn't they are no where to be seen.
Very disappointed.

From the second I walked in to leaving Rochelle was very professional and friendly and always had a smile on her face. Highly recommend Rochelle and the team. Nothing but 5+ starts here!

They are great with customer service and have a really friendly, welcoming staff. However, I’ve been to laser clinics over 15 times and this was the first time I had been burnt. One of the ladies held the machine for too long on my upper thigh and now I have a scar. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I felt it was necessary feedback as I’ve been to other laser clinics Australia around Sydney and this has never happened. Thankyou.

I have been traveling down to this clinic for many years after moving from Sydney. I still drive 2 hours to see them for skin, laser and other services. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Maggie has always done a great job.highly recommend

The most rude girls I ever talked to. So rude, so amateur. The moment I enetered they made me feel they cant be bothered dealing with me as if iam entering asking for money. Not sure if this was because of my dark skin or what. I already did 8 sessions before but just moved recently to this area.

Maggie is amazing.she used her magic on me to fix a few issues from another salon. Love love love her work ️ and highly recommend. She made me feel fully at ease and I'm so very happy with my results. I wouldn't go see anyone else but her from now on.why change when you've found a rare precious diamond in a sea of average gems. I would like to start by saying that the clinic in warringah mall provides the best experience from the actual treatment to the staff. The ladies here make you feel comfortable, and are genuine. Thank you ladies, absolutely amazing service and I will not be going to any other laser clinic! Little shout out to Shae and Chantelle, thank you ladies for your superb attention to detail with my treatments and professionalism! 10 stars and highly recommended!

Fantastic I had Injectables Maggie was very very informative and knowledgable explained what she was doing where why and how.
