I had never had laser hair removal done before and was extremely happy with the level of service i received at this laser clinics. Bella was my laser therapist and she was amazing, she was so helpful and provided me with so much information about after care and was so kind! I was also amazed at the results so far, laser hair removal really works! I will definitely be going again and getting isabella to do my laser hair removal!

I would highly recommend the Laser Clinics Australia Neutral Bay clinic to anyone. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I had a really great experience during my appointment with Bella the therapist. She made me feel so comfortable, gentle and caring. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I have had such a lovely experience both times i've been to this clinic. I left a previous clinic after very average service for years (thinking it was normal), and then after a bad experience I couldn't stay. I then found this clinic. The Neutral Bay team are warm, kind, professional and i'm glad I found them.

My experience at this cosmetic injection center was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic due to its poor customer service. The management is ineffective, and the majority of the staff members are rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible. However, I must mention that there was one exception – Nurse Serena. She provided excellent care during my visits, but unfortunately, my experience deteriorated when she was on annual leave.

During my follow-up session, a different nurse who replaced Serena proved to be incapable and administered the wrong dose of injections not just once, but twice. I was charged for both sessions and left unsatisfied with the results. Moreover, I was treated poorly and forbidden from seeing Serena again. Despite attempting to file a complaint with their headquarters, it was ultimately directed back to the unhelpful shop manager. The entire process was incredibly disheartening.

I feel compelled to warn anyone considering treatment at this particular branch of the laser clinic. There are other branches, such as the one in Chatswood, that provide much better services. I strongly discourage you from choosing this particular clinic, as you will likely end up regretting it.

I'm deeply disappointed by the responses to the reviews, which contain untrue claims. Your reply, as the shop manager, only reinforces my concerns. When both customers and staff members raise complaints, it's crucial to reflect on the management style and consider making necessary improvements, rather than deflecting blame onto others or questioning the use of pseudonyms on Google. Upholding integrity is essential. I believe there was a miscommunication regarding my feedback about Serena's excellent work, which you seemed reluctant to acknowledge. It would have been better if you had taken steps to address my concerns rather than attempting to avoid them. I feel sorry for the staff members who have to work under an ineffective management style.

I went to Neutral Bay to try their Aqua Facial. The team was extremely professional, the salon itself impeccably clean and fresh, the staff delightful. They took alot of time with me explaining the different aspects of the facial and ensuring my needs were met. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish - so much so, I am booking another and hopefully several!

Completely unreliable when it comes to appointments. They will move you around and change your appointment without notifying you even though receive a confirmation text for the time you originally booked. Therefore you will turn up and your appointment won’t be in the system anymore so you waste your time. When addressed with the girls who work there it’s palmed off as a kinda “well that’s a you problem” attitude and you aren’t compensated for you time and their mistake. Unfortunately I still have prepaid treatments with this clinic so I have to continuing going here but I would recommend any other laser clinic as there is no professionalism on the admin side of things.

Awful experience, poorly trained staff and disrespectful. They cancelled me last minute when I checked into my appointment because the person had booked me into the wrong room. They asked me to wait over an hour for the next available appointment today or to reschedule for over one month’s time.

I asked for a refund and they refused me saying that I would need to email the manager who would need to email someone else to get approval. They did not even apologise just said “I was not the one to book you in. ”

I had booked this appointment in person over on month in advance and I cannot believe they can be this incompetent and disrespectful. I hope to get a refund because I am definitely not going to bother with these people again.

First timer and the girls took away all the pressure. Very easy going, well explained and no pain. Can't wait to come back for more!

Poor service in explaining the pre-treatment skin routine. Doesn't reply email enquiries, and rude service when I turned up for treatment after waiting 20min for my appointment.

Serena and the ladies at Neutral Bay made me feel so welcome and safe. I get very nervous with injections. Serena kept me informed and reassured me throughout the entire process and allowed me avenues to contact her after the procedure should I have any concerns. I can't wait until I see Serena and the team again!

I was served by Hannah (English lady from Doncaster) she was so professional, made me at ease and very thorough. She helped remove the highlighter from my legs, which no one else has done. Service like that makes you want to only deal with that branch and I will be back for more.

I have done Facials, Skin Needling and Laser in this clinic, and I have been very impressed with the results.

All staff members are very well trained and professional. The clinic is very clean all the time, and the rooms are kept at a good temperature.

I highly recommend the Laser treatments.

Amazing LCA in Neutral Bay. Highly recommend visiting Serena for injectable. The best, friendliest, professional (and painless) experience of injectable ever! She took the time to really understand what I wanted and has the most lovely personality! I won’t go anywhere else now!

They do good deals but they do a slap dash job of lasering and are always pushing you to buy more.

Such a great team. Serena is fantastic for injectables and Siobhan is your go-to for laser. Welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable.

One star is an overstatement. I arrived at my appointment to find it was cancelled due to inadequate staffing. Do not recommend.

Would highly recommend Serena! She is super caring and takes all of your needs into account. Amazing results and it's only been one week since my treatment. My skin has never looked better.
