Laser Clinics Australia - Wetherill Park

I have been visiting the wetherrill park LCA for the past 1 yr for laser hair removal treatment despite it being a 40min drive, solely because of their consistently amazing service. All the girls from the staff here that treated me were excellent, and I will quickly shoutout to Natasha, whose my favourite from the staff! I think I will not be changing to any other LCA store until I get the same service, and I don’t mind driving extra for this

Vera is the best therapist. She is so thorough in her cleansing and skin treatments, no spot on my skin is missed, my skin feels great!

I love going to Wetherill Park Laserclinic, Ive never felt so comfortable! Monique was lovely and gave me the best customer service from start til the end of my appointment. Definitely recommend this amazing clinic and wont go anywhere else ️

Tried to reschedule an appointment as I got called into work, worker their name Melissa was not empathetic and told me I had to forfeit my pre paid service. So basically I paid money for no service. They just lost my business long term

Wouldn't recommend unless you found a person through trial and error who you really liked. And like other reviewers have stated, DO NOT PREPAY or buy vouchers in advance. They might tell you they aren't strict on expiry and can extend, but when expiry comes, they won't extend.

Most staff are lacking training or just keep lasering when I'm in pain, and ask them to stop, just to save maybe 2 minutes on the appointment.

On one appointment, I went in for Brazilian, they layered something they weren't supposed to, after I had advised them not to. Spent two weeks getting sharp pains down there. I told them this and they were like "oh sorry" and the next staff member still didn't seem to understand the situation. No compensation was offered, though I didn't ask. I think they should have at least tried to understand the situation better so it wouldn't happen to others.

Only one or two of the girls there i saw was professional. The rest are pretty young, inexperienced and just offer bad service. Not to mention though, most staff from around a year ago were let go, under new management now.

Also, they have this misleading practice of selling laser vouchers and encouraging you to stock up. And advising on purchase that although these technically expire, they can always vary the date. I had so many vouchers to the value of hundreds that were about to expire, and after multiple calls, the best they could offer was to swap it out for another service or to a friends account, rather than any extension as promised. This is in relation to the owner change as of around I think August 2022 (My Luong i believe, judging by reviews during a similar time period about the SAME issues).

I ended up giving some to a friend to use before expiry, and using a few hundred on skin needling, a procedure I never really wanted.

Be careful what you're told here at they don't seem to abide by the ACL. Id avoid altogether as most staff have the tact to make it a comfortable and safe laser experience.

The needling experience itself was alright, as was a couple of the laser experiences done by 1-2 staff (is my understanding these people have now left the business).

My last app here was October 2022 and I won't be returning. Friends have had similar meh experiences here.

There is a nurse in this clinic called Krena she is amazing and very professional in her job and very smart lady I ever had I just was struggling with my lips but this nurse she did a great job for me thank you Kareana.

I just wanted to commend Catie J for her outstanding service. I’ve been to the clinic a couple times and overall have had pretty good experiences. However, the minute I walked in Catie instantly had such a welcoming energy and made my laser treatment so much more comfortable and painless than I’ve had before. She talked to me throughout the whole process telling me what she would be doing at each step as well as just funny interesting conversations. This all helped take my mind off the laser treatment, and therefore enabled such a pain free, enjoyable experience.

I would highly recommend this clinic. Staff are very friendly welcoming and helpful. I normally get my laser treatments done by Deanna and she does a fantastic job.

I've been going here since it opened. The people are very professional and friendly, also super knowledgeable an can help you achieve the results you're looking for.

Im overdue to come and see her due to previous lockdown but will be booking soon.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Always professional. They really make you feel comfortable with whatever procedure you have done. Had laser, skin needling and microdermabrasion. Very happy with results. Will definitely be back!

Tenille is so good! My Mum has hormonal pigmentation and we have been going to Tenille for a year now and she has been so helpful with my Mum's skin needling treatment. Tenille doesn't rush and she does such a terrific job. She deserves a pay raise for all her efforts.
City Beauty laser clinic in Cabramatta made my Mums hormonal skin condition worse by lasering it. They didn't diagnose her skin condition correctly and made it worse!
But Tenille, with her years of experience immediately identified Mum's hormonal skin pigmentation. She didn't make any promises that it could be fixed immediately but promised that this treatment will help and the pigments may go away if we continue the treatment. It is totally worth the time and price.
Laser clinics Aus (Wetherill Park) are qualified and highly experienced skin clinic and I highly recommend it to those who have very difficult and complex skin problems.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff! The lady who did my service followed up with a call to see how it was going afterwards and answered my questions.
