Laser Clinics Australia - Westfield Miranda

On multiple occasions, they have messed up the bookings. I've arrived at the clinic to be told that there is no booking for me. I recently purchased/booked a skin needling treatment at the clinic and when I arrived they refused to perform the treatment. They requested I buy and use their products for 2 weeks in the lead up to the appointment - an additional expense they were not upfront about. When I asked for a refund they were unresponsive. Very poor service and unfortunately after being a long term client, I won't be returning.

Had laser and skin treatments at LCA Miranda, service was great, very friendly and helpful. Could fit in my appointment at short notice. Thanks

Just a shout out to how effectively & professional the staff just handled the conflict from a Middle aged woman. There was some dispute about her daughters appointment for a bikini laser. Which is fine but there is no point getting angry about it. So sick of people who think they can treat frontline staff disrespectfully. It's not good role modelling for your daughter to swear and carry on when you don't get what you want.

I've been seeing the wonderful staff at Miranda Laser clinic for over a year now and can not recommended this clinic or in particular Chantal enough. Chantal's knowledge and professionalism is exceptional, she truly cares about getting the best results for her clients.

Firstly, the premises was spotless and the covid 19 rules were followed. The beautician who I didn't get her name was friendly, helpful and did a fantastic job on my face. I'm 56 and walked out feeling refreshed. Service: Microdermabrasion.

All staff very friendly with great customer service, have had my laser done here a couple of times. Had a microdermabrasion done today by Grace totally recommend her, she was very friendly and knowledgeable on all my skin needs.

I've been to the Miranda Clinic many a times now for laser and skin treatments. Anastasia is a wonderful, helpful, friendly employee that advises the best treatments for you. Couldn't recommend her or the clinic enough.

Was given a gift voucher and no one in the last month and a half has picked the phone up or returned countless messages that I have left. I need to ask about a particular treatment so I am unable to book an appointment online. I live over and hour away so I can’t drop in to just ask a question. Very poor service. I would like my money back.

I have had a few treatments at laser clinics Miranda and the girls there are amazing! They make your treatments so personal and really find out what works for your skin. Couldn’t recommend enough. Aspa has done my recent treatment and she has been so lovely and helpful.

Such lovely staff that make it the best experience possible. All the treatments are done professionally and end up feeling great after each laser or skin treatment. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with all of my treatments with This clinic, from laser hair removal to Ageless peel. Nicole is my theorist, she is great to talk to and very trustworthy! My skin is glowing and super happy with my result!
