Laser Clinics Australia - Caringbah

Today Chantal did my laser treatment. After my last treatment my legs were quite patchy. Chantal was so nice about it and took extra care to get every area and cool everywhere down after. I have never had a laser technician take that much care so it was really nice.

Gave it a few chances but with the latest severe bad experience with injection highly inlikely be going back.

Friendly service! Loved my enzyme peel and led treatment today, my skin is feeling beautiful and refreshed!

I’ve been going to Laser Clinics in Caringbah for about 12 months now. Rochelle is absolutely fabulous, the first time I went I was so anxious as I had never had laser before but she put me right at ease. All the girls there are lovely, friendly and fabulous at their jobs.

The Laser Clinics Salon at Caringbah is a very well run salon.
I particularly enjoy the treatments by Rochelle Humphreys who is very knowledgeable and efficient with her treatments. Rochelle is a very caring and personable technician. I happily recommend Rochelles services.

I have been using Laser Clinic's Caringbah for years and have had great success. I have used laser hair removal as well as skin needling. Staff are always friendly and on time and very knowledgeable. I absolutely love going to laser clinics. Have been going for about 2 years now. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and I am seeing great results with my treatments! Highly would recommend.

Had skin treatment with Vivian, during the consultation I asked her to (write) all the costs for me based on my experience and to avoid any confusion and misunderstanding.
The price I was asked to pay after the skin treatment was double the discussed price during the consultation.
I also had a few months laser hair removal.
I have a lot of missing patches on my back n shoulders while they always charged for full back, full arms, neck and full shoulders.
I tried to resolve the issue with Vivian and her manager Chantel, but they don’t wanna accept their mistake, and they’re not gonna refund any fees for wasting my time and money.
They definitely lost 2 ongoing customers

Very disappointing customer service.
I hope next time when they are going to the consultation room, they know how to discuss the prices with customers.
