I have recently started laser treatment for my face as I suffer from excessive hair growth due to PCOS and being of Sri Lankan ethnicity.

A family friend recommended Laser Clinics North Rocks store as treating darker completions with no side effects.

So in April I started my first laser appointment and haven’t looked back. In fact I wished I started years ago. The ladies there are so lovely and considerate. I was so nervous at my first first due to fear of being burnt or having scaring. They made me feel so relaxed and carefully explained the process. After my first session, I pre- purchased laser for my face, arms, legs, underarms and bikini when they had their great 50% sale. I have even recommended my twin sister to start laser treatment.

The only downside with the store is
it’s so hard to get an appointment spot because the clinic is so small and limited equipment. They are booked out for 2 months in advance. Even though there are closer clinics to me I would never go anywhere else because they deliver amazing customer service and the best results every time! I do like the clinic because it’s a great location and they are always so nice.

The ladies are very professional and makes me feel so comformtable every session. I would highly recommend this laser clinic. I cannot praise the service I have received at Laser Clinic North Rocks.

Wanted to use the services. Was looking to buy some products. But the staff was extremely rude and racist. I half open the door she didn’t even ask me what I am looking for straight away ask me to go outside as she needs to start a treatment of another lady who was before me and closed the door at my face and locked it, Didn’t gave me any time frame how long I need to wait outside. I work in retail industry as a manager and this is not the way to treat people. I usually don’t give bad reviews to any business but I felt extremely insulted and humiliated.

Emma was absolutely brilliant. I took my daughter for her first laser hair removal and naturally she was nervous. Emma was very reassuring, had a great manner and incredibly accommodating!

I have been coming to this clinic for past 8 years, never had such a disappointing customer service before.
A girl (name starts with C) treated me for my lip and chin hair removal laser treatment, at the end left hair around chin, and when I asked her to fix, she said it's not chin, side of it and asked me it would cost additional $50. It was not the case ever before, not sure since when the definition of their treatment changed.

Very dodgy with their package purchase. When you bought it they said no expiration date but later they changed the policy and said it’s going to expire within one year and informed you a day before the expiry date.

Very disappointed with their dishonesty. At the time of purchase, they said there will be no expiration date for treatment packages. Then suddenly received a message about expiration date just a day before the actual expiration date after 0441 pm. No communication about policy changes nor reminder when you turned up to your appointments. I won't ever go back there.

I purchased two treatments (Dermabrasion) from this clinic for my daughter and myself. We both went into separate rooms to have our treatments. My daughter was 15 at the time and had pretty good skin, with a pimple here and there. When she came out after her treatment, she looked upset. She told me when we left that the Asian beautician told her she needed to wash her face more often and my daughter said she washed it daily and the beautician told her she didn't believe her. I was so mad and went back there to speak to her but she pretended she was busy. Both our treatments weren't any good. We took advantage of their deals they sent and they took advantage of us. I was in the room for about 10 minutes. Hardly enough time to make any difference. Yes, and they still text me with deals even after i said STOP.

Have only ever had laser hair removal until today and have generally had a good experience. Today I had 2 facial treatments for the first time. Was waiting for 15-20 minutes outside the clinic and then called to find out I was at the wrong clinic. I was there yesterday and this could easily have been communicated if they cared about customers.
The therapist was then trying to convince me into Botox and when I asked her if she had tried it herself she said she hadn't because she's scared of needles. On my way out she again asked me if I wanted to book in for Botox. I said I wasn't interested. Surely I could have asked if I was. I found this highly unprofessional and unhelpful. If women aren't self conscious/critical enough we need someone telling us to get facial injections.

Laser Clinics Australia is a good place to get your hair removal done.
I’ve been trying hair removal from here. Although I was so anxious for a beginner, their friendly staff talked me through it, even at the start of the process, they ensured I was informed and kept checking on me.

I want to particularly call out Ashley…she was like WOW! I would give her 5+ rating.
She is so friendly, amazing in her technique and really cares for her clients’ comfort during the laser process.

This place is usually busy, hence plan in advance if you want to get yourself a slot.

Effective treatments and attentive staff.
Staff are always welcoming and the treatments that I've received here have always shown positive results! Especially the laser hair removal on my legs.

Very happy with the results from my skin needling session. I've only had one skin treatment here (with more to come) but am very satisfied with the results and can see a reduction in my scars already. I've been to many places in the past which have tried pressured me to buy skin care products or treatments I don't need which makes me never want to go back. I told the lady here my past experiences with this and was never pressured to purchase products I felt I didn't need or want. These two things will keep me returning.

I've ghad my lips injection in June 2020
I paid over $1000 to them. Their job was horrible. They left me with horrible look lips. When I came back they haven't responded at all and was very rude.
Who can imagine that she injection on side too much and nothing other side.after few week on side gone at all.since that time I sow many doctor to fix it and they were shocked with that result.
Never ever go for them for injection.
They are very unprofessional.

So happy with my experience at the North Rocks clinic! Christine is amazing, and does everything to ensure you feel comfortable as well as get the best results from your treatment. Even though there are closer clinics to me I would never go anywhere else because they deliver amazing customer service and the best results every time!

PEOPLE BOOKING IN FOR INJECTIONS HERE, READ BELOW:
I had an appointment at LCA North Rocks for lip injections, I have been getting these injections for about 3 years now and I always went to their Wollongong store but I have since relocated to Sydney to I booked in at North Rocks. I have never left an appointment feeling so low, disappointed and self conscious as what I did today. The injectors name was Cristina and from the moment I walked into the room she was very rude and condescending. Ive had the treatment done before numerous times and she was treating me like I didn't know anything, she had absolutely nothing nice to say about the work previously done to my lips, naming everything she could see wrong with it, she was naming and elaborating on all the negative side effects that could and possibly would happen because my lips are already injected.the list goes on. She was very judgemental and didn't have one nice thing to say to or about me.
I was/am so offended. She made me feel very embarrassed. She has no people skills and I decided to not get my treatment done there due to the way she was treating me. As a cosmetic injector its not your job to be passive aggressive and point out peoples flaws, they know what their flaws are thats why they are seeing professional help to fix these flaws. I'll take my money elsewhere, LCA North Rocks. Horrible service, so disappointing.

I cannot say anything more than positive things about my experiences at Laser Clinic Australia North Rocks. The staff are very supportive and informative, giving me the assurance and advice I need to get the most out of my treatments. I recently had a skin needling treatment, the staff member Christine who did my treatment was so professional and made me feel so relaxed and assured about the whole process. I am definitely booking another session, as my skin has never felt so soft and looked so clear.

In relation to the products I have been using the range for over 12 months now and I am so satisfied with the results and level of options available. I am also impressed with the prices and offers that can be obtained at Laser Clinic Australia its affordable and high quality.
