Always a great experience at Laser Clinics in Drummoyne. Today I had vascular reduction treatment and Sabrina was very thorough.

I have had many great treatments at Drummoyne laser clinic from facials, micros to skin needling. The staff are always professional and friendly. My skin is always glowing and I can thank the professional advice I continually receive to get the right treatment for my skin needs. Highly recommend!

I have been using this clinic over many years as a local resident. I’ve had some bad experiences with unhelpful staff and recently was told my appointment had been cancelled by someone other than myself and the store manager could not provide the evidence.
I prepaid this micro Debrasion mini and to be told to wait for a refund or transfer to another store. It’s been several weeks now. As a manager and business owner I find thus appalling. Any response from the current Manager as to why it’s taking so long. No apologies nor compensation. I’ve made several attempts to call to be told wait for a response.

I have been coming here for years and staff are really friendly and know what they are doing. However, Dani is the best! I won’t have my treatments done with anyone else. I highly recommend having laser and facile treatments here.

I have been going to Laser Clinics Australia - Drummoyne for many years now and can not recommend the team highly enough. The whole team has always made me feel really comfortable and like I'm home whilst also achieving fantastic laser and skin care results! See you again soon.

They tried to aggressively upsell me products and services and REFUSED to let me have the treatment I was actually booked in for unless I agreed to purchase their more expensive service and products.

Booked my first laser skin treatment, was told I would get a consult then treatment after. During consult Chantelle straight up pushed skin care products I needed to buy from them because my routine wasn’t enough. There was little to no mention of the laser treatment I was actually booked in for, including how it works, risks, etc which was the purpose of the consult. Midway through, Chantelle said I should be getting more invasive (and expensive) skin treatments like needling. BUT they would not let me do the treatment unless I first “prepped” my skin using exclusively their products. When I declined she said I can’t get my original booked laser treatment anyway because the room was booked out (even though I was expressly told I was booked in for a treatment and had paid a $50 deposit to secure that booking, but at this point I was just ready to leave anyway). I then had to feign interest in future treatments to get my deposit back, but even then Chantelle was fighting to keep it and wasn’t until another more helpful assistant stepped in that she agreed to refund me.

I can’t speak for the rest of this clinic but Chantelle was extremely predatory, unprofessional and negligent in her duties and I won’t be returning. For the safety of others if you are thinking of coming here I would urge you not to.

Everyone is so lovely, recommend treatments I need, no just so they make money. Bec is the best!

Awful customer service. Voiding treatments worth over $600 as they have 'expired' despite providing insufficient notice of the expiry date to actually carry out the treatments. No idea how laser hair removal prepaid sessions can expire, to set an expiry date is arbitrary and a sneaky way to collect money from clients without actually carrying out the service paid for.

The manager of this location does not know the first thing about customer service. I have been going to a different location of laser clinic for over 3 years now. Due to moving, I switched to Drummoyne. When I bought 6 sessions, they overcharged me so much and did not even bother to call me and refund me the difference. When I noticed the variance myself, I contacted them to tell them about it. The manager denied me and insisted I was wrong until I mentioned I have proof.
In the treatment room I was told that so many areas that I used to get done as a part of my package are extra and I have to pay $12 per area. At the checkout I was told that each are was $14. At this stage I was already so offended and tried to make a formal complaint about their service on their website.
As a result I got a missed call 2 weeks after and all 5 times that I tried to contact them and talk to someone, they told me they will leave a note and I was ignored for almost 3 months.
I contacted the store today, the manager did not even let me talk! She called me a liar! This is beyond ridiculous. Now I have to take this to fairtrade so I can get my money back as I don’t want to step a foot in a place where they don’t respect basic human rights!
