Pretty annoyed that they have entered my mobile number into the system correctly while I was standing in front of them, then never receive any appt messages. I call and they assure me it's been fixed and my number must have been wrong or I have changed my number. No that's not the case. Put me on hold to check things out. Told me I needed to book in asap and I told them don't worry as I will be going else where from now on. Lee was quite rude and unapologetic about the awhile situation.
Josie was so lovely. I have been to many laser clinics across Australia as I travel for work and she was by far the most caring and lovely clinician I have had. She checked in on how comfortable I was and my pain levels as well as making meaningful conversations. She is such an asset to the Dubbo store
The ‘clinician’ was new to the service, she bruised me…bruises took 2 weeks to fade. Was advised treatment would last a few months; lasted about 5 weeks.
Very helpful and couldn’t fault them. 10/10 would recommend for anything relating to hair removal/ skin care etc

I want to warn other woman to save them the disappointment and going through the same awful experience I did. I had the worst experience in the Dubbo Laser Clinic from the poor cleanse to staffs poor protocols of professionalism. I feel that I had been treated disgustingly by staff and I would never go to Laser Clinics again nor ever recommend them to anyone.
