The team at Larsen were very helpful. They provided me with valuable information about gemstone quality and designed for me a ring that was perfect for what I wanted with the budget I had. Soukata was particularly wonderful, sitting down with me, making me feel comfortable in an environment that would've otherwise felt very strange for someone like me.

We had a great experience with Natalie. We got both engagement and wedding rings at Larsen. Natalie is warm, professional, attention to detail and gave us good advices with the design. We are both happy with the rings and have learnt quite a bit about the diamond. Strongly recommended the team!

Fabulous friendly and professional service. Natalie was very patient and helpful as she navigated us through designing our rings. We had very firm ideas of what we wanted but with her help we looked at many different designs and ended up ordering rings which were quite different to what we had thought we'd buy. The final designs we so much better. Rings were ready sooner than expected, the fitting session was great, one ring was resized and the whole experience was positive. Price was very reasonable, and quality is high. Overall, would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Rachel at Larsen for our wedding bands. Rachel provided high quality service and was pragmatic and knowledgeable about the bespoke work needed for our rings. We loved the end products for our 2 x platinum bands - don't go anywhere else!

I highly recommend the team at Larsen Jewellery Sydney. We had an excellent experience 7 years ago with the Store Manager Kevin at the time.

While I don't recommend their current Store Manager Christopher for customer service, reliability, commitment to follow up, communication, timeliness, or attention to detail; the rest of the team are fabulous! I purchased an engagement ring late last year from Larsen. Natalie was absolutely exceptional as our designer, providing the perfect amount of guidance and freedom to help choose the ideal stone and setting for us. Excellent level of professionalism and customer service all round, comes highly recommended.

They helped design and make the rings we desired. Upon trying them i have never felt a ring that felt on my finger as smooth. Honestly the quality shines through and i can only say wow you wont understand until you put one on.

Great customer service. I didn't have any idea about anything to do with diamonds and rings and the staff were really patient as they walked me through the different options. I had some specific unique requirements and Larsen Jewellery managed to source the rings of the highest quality and match them perfectly. Staff was very friendly and they made me feel like I was in safe hands. I also had a tight timeline to get my ring made and they delivered it all on time without any issues. The rings are absolutely stunning and exceeded my high expectations. I purchased my fiancé’s beautiful ring during the late 2021 lockdowns

Chris was there from the start and guided me along the journey from choosing the perfect stone to perfecting the rose gold ring. Because of lockdowns in NSW, we communicated via emails and phone calls.

I constantly bombarded Chris with my endless questions and concerns, and he answered everything with transparency and ease — I felt supported and calm. I’ve very appreciative to Chris and the team for going above and beyond in crafting the ring my fiancé LOVES so much.
