Lars is the best plumber i have ever used. Reliable, trustworthy, and timely. He does what he says, doesn't ever mansplain, and will tell you the truth of what needs to be done on a job, and then do it right the first time so things are done properly.

Lars has helped us out of several tricky situations and has always responded promptly to rectify issues. He has done an excellent job every time - clearly knows what he's talking about, gives great advice and explains things so well. He goes above and beyond and is really realiable and trustworthy. I have Used Lars Olsen plumbing over a number of years and I'm extremely happy with his service. He is my goto plumber! I find Lars always a gentleman of the trade with his friendliness, very polite manner and his prices are always very fair and reasonable. He is extremely knowledgable with his accurate diagnosis of problems that required minimum cost of repairs compared to others who had recommended unneeded costly repairs.

Lars is an excellent plumber and I cannot recommend him enough. I contacted Lars to install a new vanity bathroom sink, and taps for bath and shower. He did a fantastic job, very professional and shared helpful advice to prolong the life of the tapware. He is very transparent and upfront about cost/price options also which is appreciated. From the beginning, Lars was responsive, upfront about pricing (which by the way, is very, very competitive as I did get multiple quotes), on time and great with explaining everything.

Cant recommend Lars enough. Installed bath in my house and fixed up a range of shoddy work by previous plumber. Knowledgeable, highly competent and very generous with time and advice.

I called Lars following a power outage in the Eastern Suburbs that resulted in my water system being knocked out leaving us with no hot water. After I explained the problem, Lars advised what I really needed was an electrician, however, before I call someone to first check with the power company to see if the outage had tripped the system… meaning it would be their responsibility to fix it. He was right and the problem was fixed at no cost!
Prior to this I’d spoken to a number of plumbers and the manufacturer all of whom advised a minimum call-out fee of $190+ just to check the problem.
From now on Lars has ALL my plumbing business and my firm recommendation to others.

We have used Lars for a few years now and I'm always impressed with the quality of his work and his ingenuity. He's happy to explain what is required and provide a few options based on budget and time frame.

In my experience to date Lars has been the only tradesman in the eastern suburbs that is honest, fairly priced, willing to look at complying alternatives to maintain a budget and on top of that completes the job as promised. I had a complex underground plumbing leak which Lars repaired. Don't even consider booking another plumber. Lars is your man.

Lars has done big jobs around our strata building and he has done some small jobs for me in my unit. Whether big or small jobs, Lars is efficient, knowledgable, friendly, clean and reliable. Very highly recommended!

Hot water system broke on Friday night, Lar's was here at 8: 30am Saturday morning (on time, thank you) to remove and replace the faulty tank. His work is excellent, high quality and all done to code for a great price, would recommend him to anyone.
