Bad service some of the staff was rude lazy we asked them many times until we get what we want, some times just ignore the guests of what they need! Hoop you do some thing about it

Great Venue. Only problem is: if you have a sports car and its lower than standard, you will find it difficult to get in or out of the driveway to the main road.

Today I was invited to my friend's party, the party was very big and the people were many, dinner time came, dinner was distributed but there was not enough for everyone, we stayed waiting for food for more than half an hour and when the food was brought we were surprised by the meal that was brought to us as it was a piece of Chicken as shown in the picture, I told one of the service guys that I wanted to replace the chicken with meat, so he told me that the meat was finished without any interest, how does this happen O officials of the hall and you know the number of people who will attend the party, and I noticed that the meal that was brought to me was completely different Regarding the chicken meals provided before, unfortunately I thought that this hall is one of the good halls, but unfortunately I was very disappointed and I do not recommend it at all for large parties. I do not wait for your response because your responses, as I noticed, are all similar, just copy and paste.

Now, let's talk about the food. As someone with a few allergies, I am always a bit apprehensive about attending events where my dietary restrictions may not be accommodated. This venue is number 1 place for weddings and such functions in my consideration, I had my wedding there couple of months ago, Fred and his staff are beyond the scope of normal hospitality, thank you guys so much and you guys deserve over 5 stars

I had a fall on a very slippery dance floor that required an operation. The venue owner has refused to supply insurance details etc.or take phone calls. So everyone beware.you don’t want your family and friends being in this predicament. Lantana Venues. So I have made numerous phone calls and emailed them to no avail. Their reply to me below is rubbish. It’s lip service. Other people fell on the same night.their requests have been denied too. BEWARE.

Clean and spacious function centre. Elegant setup. Easy to deal with manager amd staff very helpful.

My husband and I had our reception at Lantana Venues.
We had a great night, however some difficulty leading up the wedding getting confirmation on all finer details. Communication was not regular and at times put further stress on the planning
The room was magical and everything we had hoped for and the stylist worked with us to make our dream come true.
The staff were friendly and approachable and was overall happy with the night.
The food was amazing and as promised everyone was full
However there was some significant safety concerns, including numerous falls into the bathroom due to the high step and no sign, vacuuming after the fireworks from our first dance when all our guests were already on the dance floor. No incident reports were done and a significant fall on the dance floor has left our guest needing surgery and lantana refuse to provide insurance details to them.

I’ve been here several times for events and for work as an event photographer. The staff are always nice, the venues are tidy clean and nice looking. The best thing about lantana venues is the food. You won’t stop eating the mezza. It’s very delicious

I’ve been there multiple times, they have such great food and great service, one of the workers a bit chubby, has a small man bun, very respectful and kind, very fast customer service/fast worker, everything was great, clean and spotless on the table and everything was spotless and tidy. Recommend this venue over any other venue and recommend it for any functions/ events you have. ️

Wow this place is actually pretty good caters for large and the smaller celebrations friendly staff and willing to help you with what you require.

Very elegant place, service is good and food is very delicious, the only thing they need it to get improved asap at this place the sound system is not balanced at all, but overall good place highly recommend.
