Lansvale Smash Repairs

Repair was done via insurance, workmanship is not good.was told they will spray the whole front panel, but they didn't, resulted in a clear difference in new and old paint, it was not blended into existing colour.

Pretty sure they didn't cover the rest of the car properly, the rest of the panel now feel "gritty" when i run my hand over it.new replace light also have cracks on it.not sure how they manage to do that since it is a new light?

i should have check the review prior dropping my car there.seems like hit and miss.

Love the team here. Very helpful, and were able to offer a replacement car while mine was repaired after a hit and run.

I usually drive by this place on the way to school pick-up and drop off. Decided to drop by randomly one day to ask for a quote for the front and back bumpers of my Subaru Forester that I had been putting off. They gave a quick quote and I provided my claim number. Once the quote was approved by the insurer they called to let me know. I dropped it off Monday morning and they called Wednesday around 3pm to say it was complete. Greg finished the detailing and did a "smashing" job polishing it. I would highly recommend Lansvale Smash Repairs for fixing not at fault and at fault bumps and scratches.

Staff are very disrespectful and very unprofessional with no sign of interest in any customer's. They talk to you as if you're asking for a free job. Pitty you are forced to even give them 1 star.

I had a vehicle repaired here. Great repair, worst job polishing and buffing the vehicle. I took it back 3 times. If you have a black vehicle, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. Looks good in the shade. In the sun it looks like it's been taken to by an orbital sander.

Another repairer who fixed another panel on the vehicle had it at a mirror finish post repair. I don't know who operates the detailing shop, but they need to seriously fix their technique. Disappointing as they did everything else right.

Did sub par repairs on mothers car.
Runs and orange peel in paint. Along with damage done whilst in their care.
Work was done with out authorisation which doubled the original price. Could not show any photo evidance of why it needed to be done when I questioned it

Stay away from this place, painted plastic part without flexi primer. Paint started to crack after 8 month, there is now a big patch of exposed plastic on my rear tail gate.
