Roland is a fantastic real estate agent and made purchasing our first home simple by providing honest and valuable information. Rolands market knowledge of Mayfield and the surrounds suburbs in Newcastle is excellent.

His service prior to closing the sale and well after the purchase shows a level of customer service not seen by many others in his profession. The entire team at Lane and Campos are reliable, hardworking and genuine.

I would recommend looking towards Lane and Campos if you are looking to buy or sell your property. You will not find a better service or a friendlier team.

This review is for junk mail, not for their property services. Environmental values are very close to me, and I have a no junk mail sign on my mail box - if I need a service I will find it. I don't need wasted paper in my mail box to sell real estate valuations to me when I am a renter.

LaneCampos is the only advertiser that ignores the no junk mail request. After having sent 3 emails to them advising that this has been ignored, I am leaving this review.

To me, continuing to spam my mail box is very disrespectful and will lead me to rule them out during my property search, when I enter the property market in the next few months.

Real Estate Done Differently
I recently sold an investment property through Roland Campos, and cannot speak highly enough of his work as an agent. Roland was professional, warm and courteous, and kept me informed about each step in the process of selling my investment. He demonstrated strong knowledge of the market and real estate skills, and insight into people, enabling him to achieve an excellent result.

Roland and his team produced an outstanding advertisement that reflected the property and its strengths, and drew many prospective buyers to the open home times. They were considerate of the needs of my tenants, working with them to maximise the home’s exposure while avoiding undue inconvenience to the tenants.

Roland’s approach to achieving an excellent price for the property was unlike any I have experienced, either as a vendor or a purchaser, and was breathtakingly refreshing. He worked with multiple potential purchasers to identify their ‘best and final offers’ in a manner that really fostered trust. He was transparent in letting them know when their offers were exceeded by another, and respectfully but clearly outlined when the opportunity to place their final offer had been reached. Roland met with me to discuss the offers and select the one that best matched my needs and priorities. As a vendor, I felt well-informed and confident that Roland had worked to achieve the highest possible price for the property, and excitement at the way he could do this so ethically.

It was a joy to sell through Roland and the team at Lane Campos, and I have no hesitation in recommending him to those looking to put a property on the market.

Simply excellent
Roland's knowledge of the market was impeccable and proved to be very accurate. We approached Roland to sell our property when the first Covid-19 restrictions were in effect and there were no open homes. He was confident our home was appealing and that a reasonable market price was possible for us, and he was correct. Roland and the team presented the house amazingly and honestly, with contracts being exchanged in a little under 4 weeks. Communication levels were high, providing us with great confidence that Roland was working hard on the sale and we knew exactly what was going on at all times. We highly recommend Roland and the team at Roland Campos.

A Great Result
Preparing a property for sale is hard enough but having lost our father only a few months before made it even more challenging when it came to selling our family home. Finding the right agent was really important to us so we conducted an interview process with four local groups.

Right from the very first conversation it was evident that Dave Lane posessed the authenticity, professionalism and experience that we were looking for when it came to choosing an agent.

Dave and his team provided direction and support to ensure that we were well prepared to go to market. Dave openly discussed our options and we worked together on a timeline and sales stratagy.

His communication was excellent with timelines and set catch ups. He called when he said he would and gave us clear and direct feedback throughout the process. The original plan had been to go to auction, however a few weeks into a 4 week campaign COVID19 hit and we found ourselves having to change tact and work with a rapidly changing environment. It was here that Dave's experience shown through and he was able to secure a buyer and negotiate a deal that worked for everybody. A job well done!

The decision we made to work with Dave and his team was absolutely the right one and we were very pleased with the result. We happily recommend Dave Lane and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.

Selling our place was so easy with Dave. He was attentive and efficient during the whole process. Both us as the sellers, and our buyer were really impressed with the whole experience.
Dave will absolutely be our agent when we choose to sell again.
