21 Selling process was easy.
Quality of finishing was average to poor.
Landmark post-support was below expectations: Repairs takes forever, many cracks appearing across the entire building (to the point you can see through one floor to the other), the BM company they appointed (BME) was a complete joke and waste of money… Be aware when considering dealing with them.
Have just purchased my first property with Landmark. My selling agent Tom Murray was able to guide me through this process in a most professional manner. An agents first priority is to the vendor but I felt Tom was on my side and can truly say that I could not have asked for anything more from an agent. I feel like Tom offers a distinctly personalised service.

I had a shocking experience with Landmark Group selling me an apartment. We have paid a holding deposit to secure a property in Lanecove Arena and so happy getting out future apartment.
Next day Mark meyers called me and said there is another offer and they had to sell it to another person.
Our dream was shattered very disheartened. Very disappointed.

What a pleasure it was dealing with the Landmark Group, in particular Diarnah Lynch. Diarnah was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and all round very helpful in securing us a property at a fair price. She was always on standby whenever we had any queries, even after business hours which we really appreciated. Thank you very much Diarnah and team, we are truly in love with our new home.
Bought at The Avenue, Mascot 1.5 years ago and I’m really happy with it. Naturally there have been a few defects but Aftercare’s response has been great and Gavin has been so helpful.

I had a great experience purchasing my first property with Lucy Scott. She is professional, kind and shows great support and care for her clients.
I bought appartment in The Alto After settlement went to visit.it was not clean someone using toilet even not flushed.carpet was dirty had cement spot every thing was dirty. I was so disappointed.
But found this Guy name James he was in next building on construction site. He told me he is a Supervisor in The crust project I told him my problem and he straight way walk with me in my appartment to inspect he assured me in two days he will fix everything. And today I got my keys back.thanks for the best Service JAMES. THANKS ALOT.

Spoke with Diarnah and Mark around purchasing an apartment for almost a month. They were very professional throughout, calling or emailing me to follow up and showing a lot of commitment to ensuring I felt happy with my decision.
I bought my Landmark property 6 months ago or so ago and couldn’t rate them highly enough. Buying a property is a difficult and stressful job but with the landmark team it was straightforward, quick and enjoyable. I will definitely be buying with them again some day.
