The Negative reviews on this Company are correct. The came out a year late on a Work Order, didn't look at 50% of the Order, did the Other 50% wrong and then blamed strata. What they really do is come out and charge to quote more work. Upon verbalising this as an issue, the Jnr James, blamed Nick the Director, and quoted him as saying that we could come back out and correct the issue with the report and report and advise of the thing we should have advised on in the first place, but we would have to charge again. He actually asked for more money after they didn't do a job as specked. So, to entertain the idea I asked how much, and the reply was, "they wouldn't know yet". I gave this mob the opp to fix the isseu for the money they had already taken and simply advise of what they were called out for in the first place, but they opted to not do the job that the work order requested, and take the money at the same time. If I am going to spend strata money to get the report needed, it won't be with the same mob. I'll use someone that can be trusted and that has a 5 Star review.

Hopeless and unprofessional. Overpriced defects report costing nearly 9K for the masonry wall, balcony and balustrade which they already previously reported. Our strata manager requested defects report in late April 2022. Scheduled inspection for 6/7/2022, they knew it was going to rain and did not cancel and never turned up. Rescheduled a week later and it started to rain during inspection. As of 22/8/2022 still no report. They can't even tell me when they are going to complete the report.

Landlay preformed a remedial engineering report on my apartment. I found them professional and responsive. The technical report was of high engineering quality and value for money.
