8No one picks up the phone and when you do get a hold of someone no one calls you back with an answer
Really friendly people but totally incompetent in every way. I would advise finding a different John Deere dealer. Such a pity as I like the products and they are friendly but trust me it’s not worth the constant chasing them to try to get the simplest of things done that should of already been done in the first place. Have a tractor that is useless without the parts I have ordered and paid for that should of been there when I purchased it. Not to mention try ringing and takes days in most cases to get through. Unfortunately they need competition in Sydney to sort them out. The guy at the front desk that handles the stihl equipment is the only person that gets things done and is good. The rest are friendly but just nothing happens. I rarely leave reviews but I just had to let people know if you have an alternative John Deere dealer to choose from even if they were interstate I would strongly advise go with them as there is no way they could be as bumbling and incompetent as these guys. I regret going to these guys as has just been excuse and issue after issue and I have never complained about price or anything. Just want my things that I ask for.
NO SERVICE LandHQ ordered parts for a John Deere tractor on the 27 april
after parts finally came on18th may, I paid for the parts order on the 18 th may to Daniel Fitzpatrick He told me the parts are being picked up on the 18 th may by TNT. It is now the 23rd May and the parts are still at LandHQ.

After sending an online enquiry through the John Deere website about a new zero turn mower. Jason was very quick to respond advising he had no stock at his dealer but would try seeing if any stock was arriving or if he could point me in the right direction to obtain the machine I wanted. Unfortunately the exact machine I wanted wasn't going to be available till 2023 and possibly at a higher price due to unforeseen circumstances out of his and the companies control. He then advised me he had 2 slightly larger units coming in a lot sooner but there were more expensive. After working out the numbers, it was financially better for me to buy the larger machine (after factoring in the price increase and wait times) Jason made the process so easy and extremely helpful through out. Ive worked in the automotive industry for 20+ year i know what sales can be like this was nothing but easy & no pressure. Now i just need to wait for it to arrive. But it wont be the last time i use LandHQ or Jason for anything JD. Thanks Jason and Team LandHQ - Highly recommend!
Purchased a tractor from James and Chris well organised and get back to you soon as they can couldn’t of had better representation for them and the tractor they have delivered me what they say is what they do very happy with it thanks
It's really hard to judge a place that always gets there in the end. It's just the journey isn't always memorable.
I can't really judge their technical skills because despite 4 emails over the past 3 months requesting information on parts, repairs etc, I as yet have not had one single reply.
Rude or just incompetent? I don't know, but one would think that customer inquiries would be welcome. I certainly welcome perspective buyers contacting me.
Great place for anything John Deere. If you want a new ride on, zero turn, tractor or spare parts.
