Worts experience ever! But there’s no other choice to fly from Australia to Chile. So due to the monopoly business, I still but tickets to travel from Chile to Australia. Otherwise, it’d rather swim from Chile to Australia.

Absolutely appalling airline and service! We tried to change our ticket and the reservation staff stuffed up and moved my wife and infant son to a different date than me and the other three kids! Avoid this airline at all costs!

Avoid at all costs if you can. Called their support about my tickets with simple questions. The person was unable to answer my questions and I got hung up, had to wait for 30 min on the line.

Today I just had the worse experience with this airline. They definitely don't care of customers and don't answer the phone in moments of urgency. I lost my connection trip and all they said was the closest one is in 5 days. I don't know what to do now. Don't waste time with Latam

I wish I could give 0, my kids and my mom went to southamerica for their holiday, they cancelled their flights and are stuck overseas till October. I cant get thru to no one.

Many cancelled flights, excessive baggage charges. No food on flight, staff lie, flight delays, long queue for check in.

Do not fly.

After waiting almost 2 hours for Qantas customer service I was pleasantly surprised to have my call answered within a couple of minutes. My special meal request was organised. CSO was polite and cordial. Unfortunately they could not organise my seat selection.

LATAM/Qantas lost my wife’s bags and even after 20 days both companies have no idea where the luggage is. They are responsible for the bags and should have a tracking system. We have extremely important articles inside the bag and they just keep treating us as we don’t matter, they don’t even give us a position.

My flights had been moved twice already. The third time I received a notification about the flight being moved I decided to request a refund (one of the options they offer). I contacted the Contact center the first time on 04Feb2019 (more than 3 months now). After several contacts they confirmed the refund was processed and that I should wait 20 business days for it to take place. After 20 business days I received nothing. I contacted the Contact center again on 26Mar2019 and they opened another ticket for the Refund department to verify the issue. However, I haven't received a single response about this case since it has been opened, not even a status update. I have no idea this case is even being assessed due to the lack of response. When I call the Contact Center to check for updates (which I have done multiple times) they only say they cannot provide me with any information and there is nothing they can do. They say only the refund department can update me14342888, and that I should wait for them to contact me, which they never did although it has been almost 2 months since I opened the second case. The Contact Center also said they don't have the contact of anyone in the refund department or any other contact that can help me. In other words they said there is nothing I can do if LATAM does not want to respond to me which is just absurd. I am profoundly disappointed in LATAM customer services. Since them I opened a third case about not receiving a response for the second case and have again received not a single answer. I understand it might take some time to resolve complex issues, but leaving the customer ignored for months is just disrespectful.

The worst customer service ever. I am trying to buy my tickets for 3 days now and when I try to pay it shows as an error. I called them and they can't give me the same price as if they book over the phone they charge an extra of over $500 dollars. I called in Brazil and they left on the phone on hold and never got back to me. I can't find the local number here in Sydney it only shows the international one which directs me to an overseas call center. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE FRUSTRATION I JUST WANT TO BUY MY TICKETS BUT I CAN'T AND THIS AIRLINE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN CONNECT ME TO ALL THE PLACES I AM TRAVELING TO. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW? JUST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WEBSITE.

The worst, I forgot my laptop under my seat and realised 10 min later, the was on the gate yet and they didn't allowed me to go back and the staff in Chile wasn't willing to help, they said they didn't find anything and there was nothing they could do because isn't them who cleans the plane, in other words, whoever clean the plane can steal anything and they don't care, the staff is allowed to steal whatever they find in the plane. I contact via email and phone and I got nothing, terrible service. I'll NEVER use this company again, my family and I used to buy tickets 3 or 4 times per year from Sydney to Brazil, I won't buy latam again, strongly disappointed, it feels terrible when something like this happens and no one wants to help.the worst company ever

Worst customer service you can possibly imagine. If you need to call them you need to be prepared to spend days on the phone with the worst quality phone line ever and be regularly disconnected, Absolutely extortionate oveesize luggage policy. Always overbooking flights and changing times.
