Really accomodating with urgent appointments. Staff are very pleasant never rude or impatient and always helpful. Highly recommend.

I had a CT scan with cortisone injection at Lakeside Medical Imaging this morning. The whole appointment from the kind reminder text to goodbye was great. The staff upon arrival, the imaging staff and doctor were so kind, friendly and communicative. They took time to make me feel at ease and helped make my appointment so much easier. Thankyou all.

Even though the CT scanner was not working at the Norwest site, the lovely lady at reception organised for me to go to their Lakeside office. The staff at Lakeside were efficient and made me more physically comfortable than I’d been in a few days!

Incredibly friendly, hospitable and very understanding. Explained everything really well and tried to fit me in when the calendar was quite full - can’t fault them and the best place I’ve been to for this stuff - highly recommend if you need scans / injections
