Was the most painful 12wk scan I ever had the sonographer was rude and could tell she was hurting me 2 days later my tummy is still in pain from it. She was really brutal

Lakes is Excellent. Easy to schedule an appointment. Bill bill radiology and x-rays.
Super professional staff both the staff on the desk and the sonographers/ des. Oh and when something is urgent, their turnaround time is same-day quick. I am writing again because sonographer Malandy has helped me by diagnosing a condition that even doctors had previously missed. I had it later confirmed by MRI.

I appreciate this radiology clinic a lot - and in times of high inflation am very grateful that they have been able to retain a bulk bill service.

Had an ultrasound done last week. Great customer service from Holly and Debbie in reception and Lisa the Sonographer was outstanding. Lisa treated me with respect and empathy and explained what was happening the whole way through my procedure. Highly recommend this practice.

I have had two ultrasound scans at Lakes - Matt and Lisa and want to say how professional they were and how good I felt about the whole service. They took the time required to get multiple pictures, were empathetic and compassionate about results and gave appropriate information from a sonographer while deferring ultimate diagnosis to the doctor. The machines are excellent.

I have had many similar scans and have been to the chain radiology services and hospitals and honestly Matt and Lisa are among the best I’ve had and the reception staff are profesional and friendly. Thank you. It’s always quick to get an appointment too. I highly recommend Lakes and drive 30 m to get here over a radiology 5 m away.

Everyone there was so friendly and they all went to so much trouble to make my daughters first x-ray as stress free as possible. Thank you team Lakes radiology!

What a professional yet friendly and efficient delivery of service! I have had cause to take my 89-year-old mum to Lakes radiology three times in the past few months. Making appointments was smooth and extremely timely. In attending appointments, staff were friendly, intuitive and efficient. Waiting times almost didn’t exist despite a full waiting room. Staff actually providing the imaging service were just wonderful - had mum feeling at ease in seconds and her son full of confidence! For a son who loves his mum heaps, this has been so rewarding and surprising in such a businesslike and often insensitive world! Thank you all so much!

I can not recommend this place highly enough. They have been so obliging and the very best of service from the ladies behind the desk to all the radiologists & doctors.

Always quick to get an appointment the expierience i have had with the sonographers has been wonderful each of them have had a lovely bedside manner and make you feel comfortable in sometimes a vaulnarable situation.

I have been here a number of times and always had a great experience. I found staff to be very professional and caring and the overall experience to be efficient.

I am overall very satisfied with the high level of customer service that was provided. The receptionist staff to the radiology team were amazing and professional from start to finish of my appointment.

Would have to agree about reception and the rules they are tasked to enforce. This place has problems which seem management goal driven, find another radiologist unless you're desperate.

I agree with Ame, there's a problem here and it's seen at reception. They go out of their way to make things difficult, every time I have dealt with them I feel like they want you to slip up. Eg do you have this or that- hoping you don't.
Control issues big time!

The receptionists here give or take one or two are the most ill mannered and condescending rude so & so's!

The way they look down their noses at you, their lack of customer service and/or just general niceness is disgusting.

What a shame as the actual professionals here are awesome!

Staff is kind and helpful, very professional and makes the experience just a bit less bad. (as I'm not a big fan of these procedures) waiting room is open with good amount of seating, TV and available water.
