Very rude lebanese receptionist who is always on her private phone and behaves like every patient is an annoyance and a sonographer who is just as rude and condescending attitude when actually you can't understand her English due to her thick asian accent. You are better off going to Bankstown or Campsie

Lakemba medical imaging is a very professional. My ultrasound was a smooth process with experienced staff members. Also very peaceful and clean environment.

Thank you for fitting me in last minute. Will definitely do all my scans at this clinic in the future.

Staff are extremely polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They are very quick at making bookings and getting back to their clients with results! Highly recommend:).

I did chest scan. They said results will get next day. I still waiting results for 5 days and not answer phone.

It was my first time. The receptionist and the other ladies who attended to me were polite and nice. The waiting period was short even tho i didnt make an appoitment.

I went for an ultrasound and xray for my 1 year old which was written URGENT by the G. P.
But the receptionist said all are busy at the moment and cannot do it at the very same day. She was very rude. But thanks to Specialist nuclear imaging @ campsie they just booked us on phone by hearing it as an emergency and doctor wants it do be done urgently.

Love this place. Receptionists are awesome, place is nice and clean, never a long wait and ultrasound is quick and to the point.

A lady with a yellow hijab did my ultrasound, she was extremely rude. Although the young receptionist with hijab was good and the service was quick but still not happy. People dealing with patients should be nice and should have the patience to answer all queries.

Very nice place. Very clean. Older receptionist (she wears the glasses) was very helpful to my wife. My wife very happy with the kind service.

The mid aged lady (wearing glasses) at receiption always very rude with every clients. She was never helpful. She behaves like recist. She might need to do customer service course. If she in white peoples area, she wouldn’t hold her position for that long. We live in Lakemba for years because of her behavior we started going to different service around us.

Plus very long wait never on time with pullshit excuses if they will tell u one

I went for my obstetric US couple of days ago and the sonographer lady with hijab on was v rude while doing my ultrasound, she was not coperative at all and didnot take proper scans of my baby and when i asked she said baby is too big now it cant fit in the frame, she didn't tell me anything when i asked is it girl or boy she was v rude and her answer was not satisfactory, than she was kinda pulling my clothes down with the machine, she could have asked me to move it but she was v atitude lady. I myself was in hijab but she behaved with me like i m an Alien. When i received the pictures of scan i can hardly see the baby's lips rest is dark and other parts are also in v dark as compared to my previous scans. She made me v disappointed

Sorry can't give more than that.the job was done but one of the old lady receiptionist was not that much friendly (she does need some real education about her attitude). Seen ppl giving 1 star may be due to similar experiences.

Place is clean and tidy,
Other workers were good, friendly, skillfull, professional and compationate.thanks anyway.

Very indisciplined and inefficient service, patient waiting long time and they put late comer first, they don’t follow the order. The lady in reception very rude, not even being apologise for that, Just rubbish
