Lovely new surrounds though this is superficial as we go to Lake Road Vet because we believe our pets get quality care at fair picing. Quality vet care Very approachable, fairly priced, professionals that have met our animals needs for many years.

This clinic has some of the most beautiful Veterinarians I’ve ever met. I’ve seen three Vets since starting at this clinic roughly three weeks ago and all three have been very open, honest and informative. I continue to send my Kitten here for his treatments for this reason only.

Unfortunately, there have been a few administrative issues that have started to turn me away. Today, I waited 45minutes for them to discharge my cat. Despite having organised a 9: 30 discharge I did not get him until 10: 15am. I asked a couple times while waiting what was going on and was met with excuse after excuse. Then, once the vet nurse finally brought my baby to me, I was told they had LOST his medications and to rectify this, they gave me a medication that was not working in the first place and he had been taken off of, as a replacement. They said they would drop the medication off to me tomorrow “free of charge”. As they should considering they lost it in the first place…

This clinic seems to have issues locating items as I had to follow up on my cats missing blankets THREE times before I was told they would find it and post it to me free of charge, again I would hope this would be the solution. When picking my cat up from a stay, they had also misplaced his cat carrier and spent some time trying to find this too.

Last night when dropping my cat off in an emergency due to vomiting and diarrhoea, he came in with faeces on his leg and upon pick up this morning was still dirty. This is very frustrating and I would have hoped the clinic would have taken 2 minutes to wipe him over and clean it off.

Lastly, I understand this may not be the clinics fault but it is starting to feel like he comes home more sick every time he spends the night at the hospital. When boarding my cat, he was dropped off with only a diagnosis of conjunctivitis and upon pick up he was sneezing and started vomiting and diarrhoea, I was told it was possibly cat flu. I do believe he may have picked this up from the clinic which is very frustrating.

Staff are very caring and welcoming. The doctors are very thorough with their examinations and provide professional and geniune care for my pet.

Amazing service! Staff are always so incredible, friendly and helpful. We have had a couple of emergencies which require overnight stays and we never feel uneasy leaving them in their care - only that we miss our pet/s. Appointment’s are easy to book and can always get in promptly. Being open 24/7 is a bonus as well, as I know I can call if I have any queries/emergencies.

Our Finnish Lapphund Sigrid needed surgery for an eye wound, the Lake team were absolutely marvellous from the first phone call to delivering her back to us. What a team, you are the very best!

Too commercialized and no consistency with follow up. Made complaint and person following it up couldn't even be bothered to provide any feedback. Used to love the business but they have become too big and lost their family nature.

Lovely spacious, well planned out building. Staff are lovely and accommodating. Excellent service Not pushing other procedures. No upselling. Will be back

Fantastic friendly service. The team at Junee and at Wagga really go above and beyond to make sure my animals feel comfortable and receive exceptional care.

Unfortunately the vets do not know about medication. I was told my dog was too young to have a cytopoint injection which is for allergies but in fact it goes by weight. So my dog was tortured for a week because they didn’t know what they were doing. When I asked about it, all I got were excuses. They new they were wrong so they gave me my money back. Will never go there again.

From the moment I walked through the door the staff were amazing, helpful, extremely friendly & welcoming. The initial examination was very comprehensive, including an update of initial blood results & an estimate on when the more detailed results could be expected. All this within less than 2 hrs after leaving the clinic on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you to all involved.

The vets were amazing, they did so much for my best mate (yes my dog) who was in very bad condition when I arrived there at 3am on a Monday morning. Spending the next 10 days there I was up dated with multiple times a day, weather through phone calls or texts with pictures and uplifting messages to keep me updated.
I couldn't be happier with the team and even though I live an hour and forty minutes away. Originally using them because they were the closest 24/7 vet to me, I am really considering making them my permanent first choice vet.

Very nice and friendly staff. Answered any questions I had and gave good advice The care taken in a previous emergency situation.
