Since Ali Ftouni has commenced handling our rental property we have been extremely happy with his service and grateful that he is representing us.

Beware of these guys. I would recommend no one to sign a contract with these guys. They are very rude with the tenants. While vacating, They won’t let you go without paying your hard earned money, doesn’t matter how clean you surrender the property. They charged 400$ just for a tiny mark on the wall which can be treated with 20$ paste from Bunnings.

The worst customer service I have ever had! I called in the morning and I asked for someone to call me regarding one of the shops that have been listed for lease. I drive all the way to their shop and the agent was sitting in her office and she did not even give me one minute of her time to speak with.

Michael has been my property manager for the past 2 years and he has been the best property manager. The vacate process was handled with care and efficiency. I recommend Michael to all who want a great property manager.

Ali is hands down the best property manager I ever dealt with. He genuinely cares about the needs of tenants. Each time we raised a concern with the property we rented, he took immediate action and made sure they were addressed. He even took the extra mile by attending to our requests for arranging for cleaning during our end of lease, and made sure our bond was returned the very next day - even if it was Christmas eve and everybody was busy for the holidays!

I can't thank Ali enough - he is a genuinely nice person - he is a true asset to Laing+Simmons Parramatta and deserves a big raise!
