20/3/22 update: I work with Samantha as my property manager and main point of contact. She has been the reason why I have continued to stay with Laing and Simmons, during a year of a lot of changes and issues with my property and tenants. She is proactive, replies very quickly and gives me great advice to manage my property moving forward. I trust that she puts in 100% and beyond into the clients she works with.

2021:
I work with Louisa and Abby as my property managers. They are efficient, clear and wonderful to work with. Managing property through COVID, Sydney storms, flooding etc.is not an easy task, but Louisa and Abby have worked above and beyond! I look forward to continually working with them in the future and could not recommend enough.

Samantha is professional and prompt at same time that willingness to help and understand customer's needs. Makes me feel comfortable working with her as my property manager for a first time renter. She will go a long way in the business. Good luck.
