I have a house on lease with them and I have been asking them (their agent Jonathan) to solve some issues, they are just giving excuses and finally they are not even responding to my emails and so. Horrible Service.so called professionals.

I feel sorry for anyone dealing with these guys.apply for a rental property and 2 days later it's still online but for $30 more per week.
Would have been nice to be told but instead when we ring to find out what is happening with our application we are told that it was rejected because we applied for less than the asking price. No kidding, maybe because you changed the price after we applied! Turned it back on us saying, "that can't be right", referring to the original price. I'm just happy we never moved in! Moving into a much nicer place and won't have to deal with this real estate. Good luck filling that property that's still online.maybe drop the price down a little, it's definitely not worth what your asking for it ;)
