Response time to any issue was always immediate, with the emphasis on successful conclusion. In the capacity f renter, it is always good to have that feeling of security, that if anything goes wrong.someone has your back. In this case, the team of Catherine Ong and her son Jeremy. To any property owner, looking to ave someone manage their property, I couldn't recommend anyone more! Great people, great values and with their clients interests right up front! I used to have very good impression with them, usually they are nice to talk with. Until recently they want to raise the rent. They will just send you a letter and then never reply, never explain, until the notice period end, so you are not ready to move out and then you are obliged to pay. I have no problems with the rent increase, market goes up and down. I am totally not happy with them for not communicating with their tenants. After you sign the contact, you don't matter to them any more, the commision is in their pocket, that's how I feel. I am disappointed. Giving 2 stars because I want to reserve one for those good stuff members.

Laing+Simmons Artarmon managed my rental property for more that 14 years and sold my property for an excellent price during a very low property market. Catherine, Jeremy Ong and their team are very professional with their job. They do communicate well and they are always ready to help when you need them. I have used Laing & Simmons Artarmon as my property managing agent for a very long time. From the start, I used to deal mainly with Catherine and now more closely with Jeremy and the team, who I have found to be most helpful and very quick to respond on matters. I have had long term tenants stay at the property and the L&S team have always prepared the property well for the next incoming tenant, ensuring that the place is properly cleaned and well maintained. Recently (over the past couple of years), there has been the necessity to do some significant major repair works. Jeremy and his team have provided recommendations on areas to improve at the property with the consideration of the necessary works to be done and also being conscious of keeping costs down. I have never found Jeremy to be pushy, have taken his advice on board and the choice has always been my own. His recommendations are always focused on trying to present the property in the best possible way. Jeremy has provided me quotations for these works, as well as happy for me to obtain my own. Jeremy and his team have always been very quick to follow through. After completion of the repairs and renovations work, the property requires cleaning to be undertaken. He encouraged me to get my own comparison quotes for cleaning as well, which I did. I ended up going with his cleaner, based on price. I provided clear instructions and the cleaning was performed satisfactorily to my specific requirements. I have always found Jeremy and his team to be most helpful and transparent. The accounts have always been spot on and my requests, as well as my tenants requests have always been attended to efficiently. I wish to write this review as a way to express my sincere gratitude to Catherine, Jeremy and the team for the many years of service and commitment towards the good maintenance of my property.

Jeremy and Catherine looked after the sale of my late mothers property. They kept us informed right through the process and handled everything efficiently and professionally. We were very happy with their service.

I had great experience with them as a tenant. Communication is great, very professional, whatever issue we raised, they responded immediately. I have worked with many agents both as a tenant and landlord, L+S Artarmon is the best so far.

The agent must be receiving commissions from their destinated cleaning company. I hired a professional cleaning company who cleaned my previous rental properties and never had any issues. However, this agent forced me to use their cleaning company and charge a whole week rent for the cleaning works even though the properties has already been cleaned to a spotless condition. If you rent with these guys, be prepared to lose part of your deposit no matter how well the place is cleaned.

Catherine, Jeremy and their team are absolutely fantastic! I never had to worry about anything because everything is always handled with 100% efficiency, great communication and ease. I can't recommend them enough. You guys deserve 10 stars!

Very friendly team who support tenants with good heart. Responsive and supportive for issues with the property (wasn't many) which makes my life comfortable while renting their apartment.

Jeremy and the team were great to deal with as a tenant, always polite, prompt and efficient in dealing with any issues that arose. I didn't even have to ask about bond return at the end of my lease and it landed in my bank account!

I would say any landlord could be confident that Laing & Simmons will do a great job with their property.

Honestly the best agents I've had in my entire rental history. Oscar always responded in a speedy manner and always had time for any of our concerns. Would have stayed at this property indefinitely if I didn't need to move for work.

The WORST real estate. Do NOT use them. Very unprofessional and unethical. The most corrupted and narcissist behaviour especially from Jeremy who will use bullying and harassment at any cost to get his own way. If you complain then it will be an automatic eviction. He doesn’t like women, hate being spoken to by any women. His arrogance is above and beyond anything you’ll ever experience. Do yourself a favour and DON’T EVER use them. You can thank me later.

Catherine and Jeremy have gone above and beyond to make my rental properties and property sales successful. They really are top-shelf agents.better than all others I've worked with in the past.

Thanks you Jeremy and Catherine for selling our home off market in less than 2 weeks during the middle of lockdown. The team had a plan and used a 3D walkthrough for buyers.
