We sold our home with Laing and Simmons during the COVID-19 crisis. Chris was reassuring and continued to guide us through selling our home during an unprecedented period in time. Chris Koch and the Laing and Simmons team are professional, responsive and supportive. They went above our expectations.

My father recently passed away after a long illness, so my sisters and I need to sell our family home. I asked my sisters to each recommend a Real Estate Agent that we could get a valuation from, so we would have three to choose from. I not having dealt directly with any local agents asked someone that had worked in the industry for a referral, and they recommended me to Chris Koch, from Laing and Simmons.

We meet with all the agents at the home and all provided good services. The things that stood out to me about Chris were his professionalism and his in-depth understanding of the market. When we received the valuations from all the estate agents, there was quite a variation. Chris valued the house at $40,000 and $50,000 more than the other agents, at the same percentage fee.

So, I convinced my sisters to go with Chris Koch, from Laing and Simmons and we placed the property in his very capable hands. To our surprise within a couple of days before any marketing had occurred, Chris had received an offer within the range we had put on the house and a deposit had been paid. The house was sold without a hitch and I could not recommend Chris and the staff at Laing and Simmons, Port Macquarie any higher.
