I was very disappointed with the service I received from this real estate business. The agent was not responsive to my calls or emails, and they did not seem to be very knowledgeable about the market. I felt like they were just trying to close a deal, and they didn't really care about my needs. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Asking people to private information just to see a rental, They want you to sign in, Ask for proof of injections even when they arent supposed to be.
Let people see potential rentals in peace without headaches.

I went to inspect a rental property listed with this agency. There was a large line of people outside waiting to walk inside one at a time. The agent made everyone sign in with the a qr code and then proceeds to ask for PROOF OF VACCINATION!? !? !? EXCUSE ME? SINCE WHEN DO RENTAL AGENTS ASK PROSPECTIVE TENANTS FOR RENTAL PROPERTIES FOR VACCINATION PROOF TO INSPECT THE HOUSE? !? UNBELIEVABLE. Our medical records are none of your business and have nothing to do with inspecting rental properties!

Fake appointment for inspection
And the property already rented
Not respectful, not professional and very questionable!

We came on the inspection time after we confirm with the office that the property still available but the agent doesn’t come, when we call again the answer was is already rented.un professional.

They give people a fake appointment for inspection.
I called them yesterday for an inspection for 41 Vidal st and they gave me an appointment today at 12.00pm
I was there at 11.50 am and there were about 7 cars also waiting for the inspection and all of us got a shock when a lady in the house told us the house already rented.

Often the say is that people in real estate business can't be trusted. But, Arthur at LnS proved that notion to be totally wrong. Very humble, down to earth, honest agent. Strongly recommend LnS.

I did not have a good experience with this real estate. Christine the lady that showed around the property and dealt paperwork with was a bit blunt. Basically just wanted papers signed and out. Couldn't really ask questions too, when questions were asked the lady basically made it look like I don't know what i'm saying and confused. However when placing large sums of money on property you definitely want to get the most information as possible.

I recommend Arthur to everyone who is looking for a house because he is a friendly person and because of him we got a really nice house. It is very close to everything that we are looking for. Thank you for your help and we were glad to meet you.

Very rare to find a honest real estate agent. Arthur and Vince have always treated us with respect. Laing and Simmons Wetherill Park was recommended via a family member to me, I must say that I made the right choice by choosing them as my realtor.
