Mridu goes above and beyond in every aspect and manage to find the tenant in just 2 open house. Team thoroughly explain the entire management process and make us comfortable in every step of the way.

We recently put our apartment up for rent with Laing+Simmons Seven Hills and Stephanie made the process so smooth. She answered all of our questions promptly and professionally and we have been so happy with the service she and the team have provided us so far.

Me and my husband was having very hard time finding a good property management service for one of our properties in the area. We were not happy with the service that was being provided to us. No updates, hardly any inspections were being conducted on our behalf. We had to remind agents to provide us with the latest report of our property. It was so frustrating and very unsatisfying.

Sahil is hopeless at selling.
Just poor excuses and blames other people in his team.
Over promises and can't deliver the basics. I suggest taking your business elsewhere to someone who is more competent.
