Increased weekly price at the day of inspection of one of their property. Just realised it when on site to do the inspection. Its not a right thing to do right? What a let down and waste of time

The worst bunch of abnoxious humans in real estate. These people at Campsie have no clue how to deal with tenants and how to resolve problems. But there motto is, always side with the landlord. And stuff the renter, that always pays on time and has never had any issues. REPEAT DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE if you want to live stress free. I hope i can give them minus 500 stars

I had trouble with a property of mines with a old agent, the tenant refused to pay rent claiming that Covid-19 hit hard, i completely understand that, but i myself have hardship too as i have literally the property bills and my own bills to pay!
I actually glad i gave it to Laing + Simmons few months back, they were reasonable with the tenant to my surprise the tenant was more more understanding and accepting and has paid the rent up to date!

Had property listed on Domain. Went to inspection, no agent in sight. Called the office and it was an old listing they forgot to take down. Total waste of time.

Dealing with Angela is honestly one of the worst experiences of my life, I'm not sure how this woman still has a license. She is completely unprofessional and rude, almost as if she is completely disinterested in her job. Also, she refuses to fix any issues with the property even after weeks of calls, messages and emails, that is if she even picks up her phone. Look for the other reviews stating the exact same thing.

Yikers, it seems like there are bad and good reviews here, but i wanna say that I've personally dealt with David and i can say that David is one of the best agents ive ever dealt with, after trying to sell one of my investment property with other agents in the locale which yielded hardly any results, David here manage to sell it much quicker than i actually expected, if you lots here are reading the review and are looking to sell, David is the agent you gotta deal with.

Angela Luo is the worse agent I have to deal with. What she care is just about money. When talking, she was so very impolite.

Use to live in an apartment in Campsie. Waa very nice when we were signing with them. Was not helpful when we needed lights or electrical issues fixed. When we moved out they tried to take our bond even after we cleaned the apartment to better condition than of how we revived it in. Only after threatening with legal action they did the right thing.

I used to live a house in Campsie and when I moved out, they charged 2000 AUD. Besides, electricity and water bill we have to pay around 200 AUD during 1 month for water and a hundred AUD for electricity. I can believe that, cuz we moved out nearly 2 week ago. Pls, don’t use any service by Lang+ Simmons Campsie.
