Lachlan's Line Park reviews
14Lovely park. Unfortunately disappointed of people leaving rubbish everywhere and not cleaning after leaving. Gross
There's always a power tool in use or operation. Noisy in what is supposed to be a quiet place.
Toilets never open, trash piles up in bins that rarely get emptied (and the cheap design allows Crows to pull rubbish out and make a mess), things so often closed for "maintenance" and not being repaired for months.it could be a great park, but it's slowly going downhill. Such a shame.
Nice little space where kids can play. Open enough area for dogs to also be walking around too. Outdoor exercise gyms can be found further down the street as well as some tables.
Right next to a Coles or cafe and restaurants if you want to eat outside for a socially distanced picnic.
Great little park that’s ideal for the local residents, lots of litter sadly, but couldn’t see any bins handy to pop it into!
Located very close to the North Ryde station. Not the biggest park, but it has got enough to keep people off all ages engaged.
Great playground, probably suited better for older kids although everyone will find something here. Just remember to keep your little one from the water pump:)
The park toilets were closed when I was there on a Sunday afternoon there is a skate park play area for the kids a dog area plus a art sculptures. If you walk along Halifax Street there are plenty of seating plus a exercise station and a dog jumping area.
Great space! Kids enjoyed the park and there's a great big grass area to sit and have a picnic if you please. Will be great when then shops/cafe's open.
New and diverse playground equipment for a range of ages. Skatepark available and art installations interesting. Large grassy areas for kite flying or pick up sports. Negs: water play area meh and bathrooms can be hit or miss, just avoid if possible.
Took my little one to this new park.
Surprisingly there is 2 hrs parking available.
It's pretty New park so it wasn't busy at all.
Definitely will be back for bbq as there is nice shade area and toilet available.
Nothing worse than setting up a bbq and have to drive someone to look for a toilet
Well-designed park and facilities. However disappointed with the lack of 35 year old skaters hoping they are still cool.
Its a good park with a number of amenities - see below
- Water spout for playing, the water comes out when the kids spin a wheel
- Barbecue x 2
- slides x 2
- Swing x 1
- Play area with lush green grass
- Skating area
- Massive umbrellas to protect you from the sun
- Water fountain
- Toilets
- Wash basin in the barbecue area
- Heaps of seating area to sit as the kids play
- Parking is easy as there are heaps of buildings being constructed but no one living in them so the parking space is almost empty.
The only drawback I would say is the lack of cushioning, some places have rocks which could be dangerous for kids. Overall a good park in a quiet area.
Great park, has bbqs, lots of seating both benches and picnic tables, grass area, 2xslides, 2xspinning equipments, group swing, climbing frames and nice gardens and small water play.
