He explained the possibilities thoroughly, giving me a realistic idea of the outcome I could expect from each, and gave a well-detailed and clearly broken-down quote. His pricing was very reasonable! All further communication was timely, professional and clear.

I initially heard about Luke from all my friends who raved on about Labspec. I heard so many things about Luke how he’s down to earth and humble –and they weren’t wrong. He was super friendly to meet, and was super easy to chat to.

I was sceptical about getting ceramic coating, it’s a hefty amount to fork out after purchasing a new car, and I thought it was a gimmick because a lot of businesses sell fake/misleading products. I literally bombarded Luke with 101 questions for my car, and about the world of detailing.

At no point did Luke not want to answer questions, he was on the phone with me for a while guiding me through everything from start to finish. He even followed things up on email and text just to make sure I was well-educated.

When I booked in to get my car coated with Luke, I had to book weeks in advance. Some business, don’t keep you in the loop until your car is next in line – I never felt that when dealing with Luke. He was always genuine upfront and honest about his time frame. He kept me in the loop at all times and always followed up with any text/calls and emails.

After meeting Luke to drop my car off, he guided me through everything, showed me some of the small cleaning hacks that he had and made the whole car cleaning world easier to understand. He was super open about how he cleans his cars and the processes he has, so that you can even do it at home.

After picking up my car, Luke then gave me booklets and guided me through how to maintain my ceramic coating. He showed me how my dealership actually scratched and damaged my coat, and then showed how he fixed it up before coating. He stayed back in his workshop for close to an hour, and never rushed me at all to leave and always was helpful. Seriously was incredible to see that someone offers this level of service with such quality.

Luke, you’ve been such a pleasure to deal with, and I’ve been raving to all my friends about you. Thank you again for being open and honest and educating me with the detailing world. Seriously appreciate all the help and guidance.
