I cannot be more enthusiastic about the service provided by Labelcity. I ordered some labels on11 Oct. AusPosts tracking showed that the parcel was in Melbourne the next morning. It then bounced around Melbourne e for 2 weeks. At that point I called Labelcity to alert them to the issues with Auspost. Without asking they shipped a replacement order. This one got to melbourne a couple of days later and got bounced around Melbourne again.but AusPost got the delivery address wrong (not LabelCity, they had it right)
Having corrected the address in AusPost's system, nothing happened, no delivery. 2 weeks later, still no delivery. I called Labelcity to simply alert them to AusPosts failure and again they shipped.
The third parcel is due in a week according to AusPost however the second parcel arrived today.
From my perspective, Labelcity has performed way beyond the call of customer service. For me there will never be a different supplier.

Poor quality paper labels. Label writing completely faded after 2 weeks. Labels were not Dymo, but their own branded labels.

Very easy to create an order online. Straight forward process. Delivery was extremely fast! Excellent alternative Labelcity products, and well priced. Invoices sent to my email after purchase.
