Had a beautiful experience having a pregnancy massage by Nadia, so relaxing. The facilities are always clean and the service amazing, I’ve been once before for a float session and had a great experience then as well. I’ll keep coming back!

After a very full on couple of days I decided to book in for a 60 minute full body massage and I seriously think it was the best massage of my life! What a hidden gem in our backyard. We went there for one treatment as my partner has been suffering Bursitis and was unable to walk. After one treatment he is now able to put weight on his leg. I visited for a permanent neck injury and have been unable to lift my arm or turn my head. I can happily say that I am now able to function normally. I will be going back for regular treatment as I have tried many therapies in the past but this is by far the most effective. The rooms and facilities are well appointed, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Thankyou La Cure

I couldn’t recommend La Cure highly enough! I have chronic pain issues with rheumatoid Arthritis, I went and got local Cryo Therapy on my Ankle which was in a lot of pain at the time. The very next day I noticed a considerable improvement, I went from hobbling around on a walking stick to walking around with just a slight niggle in my foot.

I recommend La Cure fro anyone who has inflammation issues for wholistic or local treatment.

I feel like I am at home every time I step into La Cure.

Just did a 70.3 Ironman And couldn’t walk all day. Popped into LA CURE on way home and the guys there fixed me straight up with a squeeze and freeze. Great set up and great staff. Thanks again guys

Excellent, professional establishment. Mel puts me into a full body Cryotherapy session each fortnight and is a true professional. I find the experience enjoyable and very beneficial for my recovery and weight loss goals.

Great staff and a good setup. I do a bit of road cycling and use the compression boots and float therapy to quicken my recovery and definitely feel better post each session.

I love the recovery boots. They are perfect when you've gone a bit hard and need to treat your sore muscles very quickly. It's painless, quick and cheap - much easier than waiting to see your physio! I also have the anti-ageing AHA peel and Omnilux light therapy facial once a month. My skin has never looked better. Jane is literally the BEST skin therapist I have ever been to. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

How can I explain in words each of my experiences at La Cure?
It’s actually quite difficult as I don’t feel words are enough to truly describe the feeling of pure relaxation, stress release, and rejuvenation I have experienced each and every time I have visited.
Infrared sauna, whole body and spot cryotherapy, IV treatments, compressions recovery boots, and my favourite room, the float therapy room.
In addition, they offer massage, and nutrition consults.
It is literally your one stop shop for recovery and self care.
I can’t recommend La Cure highly enough.

The Infra Red Sauna and float tank are both amazing in their own way. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone that needs to refresh.
