Like others have stated.pretty ridiculous returns policy. Too bad if Australia Post takes x amount of days to get your parcel to you as it is 14 days from purchase not when you receive the item. Every other online store I have ever purchased from has a minimum 14 day from receiving the item return or exchange policy.
Very disappointing.

Disgusted with this company. Purchased a dress and tried to return. They claim I wore it. I did not. Don't purchase from them - as they give you a lot of trouble when you try to return for credit. I snipped the label off and they said they wouldn't accept return because of that - now they claim it has been worn and smells of perfume - this is not the case. Unacceptable and I will never purchase from them again. You are an online store and MUST make it easier for people to return garments that don't suit them. Will be taking the matter further and update my review in accordance with the outcome

update: the tag was snipped off - you accused me of wearing the garment which is not true.will never shop with you again. I can see from other reviews - returns seem to be a nuisance for you

Really eclectic pieces and the staff and friendly and lovely. Definitely worth a stop and a browse. Some great jewellery and clothing

I recently purchased a $450 dress. I took it home and it didn’t look okay as my body was changing with a growing bump. I checked the website to confirm the ‘return policy’ which stated 2 weeks. It was only when I went to exchange on day 13 (not even return) it to the store that I was informed that if you keep scrolling down the ‘in store return’ policy is different to the ‘return policy’ (which did not state it was the online one). I was so upset the return policy on the website was not specific and the small sign in the shop was not visible and far too hard to read (white writing on a fluorescent background). I emailed and was told they are “sorry I wasn’t happy with their policy and it’s my responsibility to check when purchasing” the policy itself wasn’t the problem it was the lack of clarity and flexibility. Sad to see small business don’t value their costumers the way us locals try to support them. I should have purchased directly from the brand like I had planned as this just backfired. I don’t make big purchases without checking the policy and this one is not clear. There was no printed receipt offered nor was it written anywhere on the emailed receipt and the staff seemed very confused also when I enquired upon wanting to return the item

Can't talk highly enough of the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing wasza problem and they went that extra mile for me. Nice to see there is still great Customer Care.

I picked out a dress for my recent birthday. On arriving it was much shorter than anticipated, so we went to send it back, only to be told no credit notes or refunds would be offered. The dress was over $150, and where it could not be tried on as a virtual sale, it seems a bit rough to be stuck with an expensive dress I wont wear, and no opportunity to exchange. I understand when its a 'final sale' and heavily reduced, but this particular dress has been at the current price for ages. They claimed it was because they are a small business, but surely small businesses want to keep their customers happy! I certainly won't be buying from them again

Love your clothes. Recently purchased burnt orange maxi dress online after finding you on Insta. My family call it the Jedi dress. I often come to Avoca and was pleasantly surprised when I found out where you store is. Cant wait to come in and shop away.

On the handful of occasions I have visited this store from Newcastle of which is takes over 1 hour each way, I have on 2 occasions arrived home to find the security tag still attached. On the first occasion I called the store and was recommended I visit any local store that removes tags. I did not want to have to find a specific store that removes those tags and explain the situation I.e. That I did not steal the item, so I drove all the way back to Laboheme and home again - Totalling 4.5 hours of driving. The apology was also insincere.
The second time was worse as I only had a small windows of time between the purchase, wedding one day and a trip overseas the next and wanted to take the dress on holidays.

Very disappointing. Purchased dress on sale online at $200 and no sales exchanged policy was not outlined. Dress is not suitable but now not even able to exchange let alone return. Sadly will never use website again.

Unfortunately the item I purchased online was not suitable and needed to be returned. The return process was very easy and Adele was very accomodating.

I would give La boheme 100 stars if I could! Their store is divine and the stylists are more than helpful and so so lovely. Love how they get new arrivals every week. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else on the coast! Thanks Steph and the girls at LaBoheme!

Beautiful store located close to Terrigal and Avoca beach. Everything in the store is absolutely stunning, I wish I could have bought it all Told myself I wouldn’t buy anything but left with the Green moxie dress because I couldn’t resist. Staff are welcoming and helpful as well and offer good assistance and advice!

My fave store on the coast! Whether you’re a local or just visiting the central coast popping into la boheme is a MUST if you love carefully curated homewares, gifts & fashion. The owner Steph has impeccable taste & has created a store that is just a dream. The girls that work there are so friendly & helpful, always a gorgeous experience going into La Boheme.

La Bohème is my favourite place to shop! All of the clothes are so flattering and very good quality and the staff that work there are always so lovely and welcoming! If I could give them 6 stars I would!
