On Friday night, the Sydney Roller Derby is holding their “Pride Fight” event on Friday night to celebrate their many queer players.

But earlier, the Sydney CBD franchise of Kwik Kopy denied to print stacks of flyers on the basis of religious belief.

Store owner Wing Khong wrote a email to organisers after they requesting the print job.

“We are into our 40th year of business, and it’s always been our aim to provide a consistent level of service and reliability. Leo, I am unable to print this job for you, ” Mr Khong wrote.

“I am a Christian, and my faith requires me to obey what the Bible teaches. I hope you understand. ”

They are amazingly fast and drive extra miles to ensure the customer gets what they need. As far as printers in Newcastle are concerned: they're the best, without question.

Everyone I've dealt with at Kwik Kopy Newcastle have been super helpful and responsive and I'm always impressed by the quality, turnover times and value for money. Thanks team.

A couple of months ago my grandmother turned 90 and for a surprise my family put together a custom book commemorating her life achievements. With no one in the family having any printing or graphic design experience we needed to source a professional to make this dream a reality.

We chose Kwik Kopy firstly because of their convenient location on King Street and I'm glad we did. After speaking with their friendly team, our idea turned quickly into an amazing work of art. We couldn't believe how well they all worked together as a team unit. This structure definitely helped them achieve the deadline well in advance.

The book was a tremendous success on the day and we couldn't of done it without Kwik Kopy Newcastle. I can only hope that this message prompts you to use their services, as I believe they are industry leaders.

Kwik Kopy was one of the worst places I worked with! They had the music up way too loud, too difficult to hear people over the phone so I tried to hear customers on the phone by going to the most quietest room to hear the customers, after the phone call, I was told to not to go to a quieter room, knowing I was in the right, I explained it is because of the loud music which I was told "I don't want to hear it. " I was accused of calling the customer by the wrong name, I never did called the customer by the wrong name and when trying to tell the worker that and knowing full well I was in the right yet again, she looked at me yet again and said she doesn't want to hear it and continued to give me a lecture! I was told to do a pamphlet delivery even though that wasn't PART OF MY JOB the manager got upset with me cause I didn't go on the path HE REQUESTED it was not my job to do, I was hired to do what the job description said on Indeed.

I was told to keep informing the amount of papers I print off for a client, when I did tell them all I got was a disgusted look with the manager saying with an attitude "Yeah and? What do you want an F*****G medal? " The manager has a bad temper problem, when he would get a wrong order he would yell and screaming and even slammed the item on the floor.

At the final day, I was told that a monkey with half a brain could do my job and that when they're looking for a secretary they'll call me. Don't bother it felt like I was walking on egg shells and feel very uncomfortable working there!

I just had to write and express my gratitude for the service you provide. I am so very thrilled with the service you have provided, and the whole experience, and will definitely be utilising (and recommending!) your services in the future, both for my own and other clients' projects.
