These guys were great. There was an issue with my initial proof print, but they were happy to fix it once I'd laid out the (rather complicated) set of requirements I had. While I didn't end up going ahead with my mass print due to unrelated issues, I'd fully recommend these guys to anyone who needs their printing services.
