Scott from box hill display homes has gone above and beyond for us and highly recommended to see him.
We went into many other Buisness display houses and and felt it was a push sale and sign the dotted line but when we went into kurmond display houses it was such a great experience with Scott and he had the time to sit down and go through many options in our budget to get out dream home. Scott walked us through the steps and finish products and were to save money. There has been many calls I have made to Scott on his days off (sorry) but was happy to help out with many questions. Scott thanks again for your time and effort and have made it easy for us without any hidden costs. Kurmond is builders I trust and recommend

It was a great experience building with Kurmond Homes. I highly recommend Kurmond and their team, they provide excellent service and high quality products that cater to client’s needs. I would like to thank Mr Alex Siasat, who is a massive help in the early phase up to the final completion, his amazing ideas, positive inputs and excellent knowledge helped me achieve the features I want in a home. To Kirsten Watkins, Steven Grayson, Kelly Hawkins and the whole team, thank you for being so accommodating, helpful and efficient throughout the process. Despite the challenges we had over this pandemic, with the construction on pause at some period, they still managed to complete the construction with top quality finish and handover even before the target date. Overall, it was a wonderful and amazing experience building my first home with Kurmond Homes, they are the BEST!

A construction experience second to none. We never imagined the journey to be as seamless and frictionless as was the case. All the way from initial sales meeting through to contract signing, initial consultation, compliance, design appointments, site inspections, colour consultation, handover as well as maintenance repairs - all of these have been worth the treat. We even had Alex Siasat (Sales Exec) visit our land well before the initial engagement to provide some guidance on the potential complexities around the slope of the land. We felt that experience was very personal and felt that they really cared for their customers.

The site supervisor (Sam Kaafe) was also equally amazing in terms of his professionalism and his duty of care towards us. In fact, he got the house ready for us around 10 days before the actual handover. All this, on the back of a very casual conversation we had with him around how stressed we were with the timing of the handover as we'd sold our previous house.

The colour consultant (Kirsten Watkins) was fantastic. Realising how stressful the selection process is, she took care of everything for us providing expert guidance and ideas across the entirety of the selection process. This made the entire process fun and engaging.

All in all would highly recommend Kurmond and its talented bunch for anyone looking to build.

We signed up with Kurmond Complete to construct out first home and the experience has been all positive from the start. Alex our sales consultant was very easy to deal with and helpful when it came to choosing which house to build. He explained the pros and cons and found us a home within our budget that we are happy with. He was also happy to help whenever we had questions even during the construction phase. Jessica our pre construction rep was also very helpfull in getting all documents and permits organised. Kelly (construction offficer) and Steven (building suoervisor) has been very professional and accomodating while in the construction phase. We are kept up to date with progress and changes we requested were done without any issues. We are very excited for the home to be completed and have not had any issues with the build so far and has made this journey easier than expected.

My husband and I are currently building our first home in Box Hill and through every step so far we are extremely happy and feel we have chosen the best builder. From the beginning Alex in sales was fantastic. He went above and beyond to assist us and no question went unanswered.

Our site manager is Steven and so far he has been fantastic at keeping us updated. We are so excited to see the finished product.

We looked at 100's of floor plans from different builders and we thought we'd settled on the Aria 38 which suited us perfectly. We went to speak to Christine at Emerald Hills and she couldn't do enough for us. After asking her for photos of already built Aria 38's, we decided that it wasn't exactly what we wanted in the design. So we went back to see Christine, who helped us rearrange the floor plan for the Glenleigh 36 to be exactly what we wanted. We have been so grateful for her help and could not recommend her highly enough. A big shout out to Malcolm at Oran Park who offered great advice on several items we hadn't considered. It's only early days (we've only just signed our tender), but so far, our experience with Kurmond Homes has been above and beyond our expectations.

I have nothing but good things to say about the team at Kurmond so far. This is our first time going through a build and we looked around quite a bit before deciding to go ahead with Kurmond and don’t regret our decision. The customer service to date has been outstanding. We are very thankful to Mike & Kylie from the Sales team who always made the time to answer all of our questions and got things done quickly and efficiently. We are currently in pre-construction and have had the continuation of great service and communication from the team. Kurmond have made our journey to our new home easy and enjoyable and we can’t wait for the next stage of our build!

The sales executive (Alex Siasat) and design of the house Oran Park Melody MK3 was the main factor in our decision to build with Kurmond Homes. Alex was very supportive from day one, with all our queries and plan changes, Alex always responds promptly and with patience. There wasn’t anything that he couldn’t answer and it made the whole process much easier.

As we moved to the plan modification phase Alex offered his valuable suggestions to make our home more practical and beautiful. Alex has been a great support and every step of the way provided professional advice and empathy. Always took his time out for us and went above and beyond.

Me and my brother are hoping the rest of our build process with Kurmond homes goes just as well as our dealings have been with Alex.

We are in the process of finalising our tender with Kurmond homes and I just wanted to give some feedback about our initial experience. Alex Siasat from Kurmond is the reason we decided to go with Kurmond homes. We accidentally walked into Kurmond homes at Box Hill and he showed us a plan that was big enough and within our budget. Since then it’s been a few months of going back and forth and having several appointments to get our plans exactly how we want for our forever home. Alex has been so patient throughout the whole process and given me some ideas on how to make the amendments to the floor plan work. He answers texts at all sorts of hours during the day and is quite funny as well. We have also dealt with the owner Peter and sales manager Kylie and they have been great as well.
We hope the rest of our build process with Kurmond homes goes just as well as our dealings have been with Alex.

Alex was a big factor in our decision to build our house with Kurmond. He was very helpful from the start. We had various queries and several plan changes but he always responds promptly and with patience. We felt that if our experience with Alex will be the same as with the building process of our house with Kurmond then we know we are making the right decision.

We are currently at pre-construction stage and are so impressed by the customer service we have received by the team at Kurmond so far. Our circumstances have caused us the need to rush through most of this process, and the sales manager Kylie and sales executive Mike from Marsden Park have gone above and beyond to accommodate for us. Communication has been excellent from the first meeting and any issues we have had resolved so quickly. We are so excited to take the next steps in our dream build and would highly recommend Kurmond Homes.

Mike, Matt & the whole Kurmond team have made the pre construction process a breeze. They have been incredibly patient & accommodating while ensuring the process goes a smoothly as possible.

We are past the DA & CC stage and ready for the final contract and then moving to construction, and so far we have had nothing but excellent experience with Kurmond Homes. Communication is professional yet personal, a quality lost in most large construction companies. The diamond elite package is well worth the extra money, the quality inclusions are not just a standard spec home. We are looking forward to continuing this quality building journey thru the next phase of construction with Kurmond.

This is our first time building a home and we had heard from so many people how tough the process can be. Although we are still in the initial stages of planning, the journey so far has been very cruisy and contrary to what we had heard about how difficult the building process can be. All the consultants has been very quick to respond and kind in answering the million questions we had, and so far we feel adequately informed and prepared for the next stages of our planning process.

Don't be taken in by this mob. All talk. Don't do what they say. Speak to others before going any where near them. Oh and they (Peter) is a racist!

The sales team at Kurmond homes were so helpful and supportive especially Christine. The range of house designs meant that we easily found a home that suits our needs. The display homes were of a very high standard and are beautifully presented. What really impressed us were the inclusions in the in the build that were standard.

We are extremely excited and can't wait for build to start.

We were made welcome from our first visit at Kurmond Homes, Emerald hills by Christine. Christine was were very accommodative in changes suggested by us. She has been very helpful in making right changes and her suggestions to changes have been excellent. She has made every effort to make sure that the price range remained the same as discussed while giving us the best quality of materials. Very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism shown by the team. We are in selection stage now and hoping to start the build soon.

Its been many years since we first walked through a Kurmond display home and got an instant and lasting impression of a professional and innovative company. Much later we revisited their designs looking for something that suited our land and lifestyle for our proposed knock-down-rebuild. We needed a few changes but nothing was too hard and the sales people were very accommodating. We meet Christine at Emerald Hills and her advice and knowledge was outstanding and literally tripled our confidence in taking the big step of committing to the 2nd stage deposit. Still pre DA so early in the journey, but we have certainly been pleased with everything we have seen and everyone we have met, and are excited to be moving ahead with our Kurmond home.

After years of wanting to renovate our home we found that a better way of achieving what we wanted - a knock down rebuild. Kurmond Homes so far have been great to deal with. We look forward to having our new home completed.
