Kruger Carpets has been really helpful with our enquiry to replace the carpet at our tenanted property! Their service is outstanding with very prompt communication, their staff is super friendly and helpful, they really took time to listen to what we need and offered the best options with expert advices.

We’ll definitely come back to them for all future carpet purchases including our home. We also highly recommend their service to our friends and family!

Kruger Carpets did a brilliant, professional, timely installation of the carpet for my property. All the staff were and are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for both quality and value for money.

Although I did not use their service, I found them to be responsive and very honest in their dealing with me. My next carpet needs will definitely be at this place.

AVOID if you want quality workmanship and post sales customer service.
I purchased beautiful feltex wool carpet which I love. The carpet is great, the installation is woeful.
Attached are just a small sample of pics to show you what I have to look at each day with sheer frustration. No refund or discount was offered or given and Faris was rude and condesending trying to convince me it was a manufacturers fault. John's work is terrible and he actually admitted to me that he has no formal qualifications or accreditation since he just learnt on the job in the 20 odd years he's assisted carpet layers.
I originally purchased from Kruger because i bieve in supporting small family businesses plus they provided an 18mth warranty on work. Kruget do not honour their warranty! They will do everything not to help fix the problem or refund your money.
The house was empty so installation was completed quickly. I was pressured to pay on the day and did so. Then when vacumming I noticed they left hard plastic bits underneath the carpet, the underlay felt uneven in spots and the loop pile was 'cut' close the the skirting boards in almost all the rooms. Not to mention they didn't custom cut 1 single piece for the built in wardrobes rather, using two or more pieces together.
When I contacted them, Faris eventually sent over John to 'fix' some of the issues. He could only take out some of the plastic bits that were close to the edge so to this day there are plastic bits underneath the middle of the rooms that I can feel underfoot. I wasn't happy with the result and was told the cut loop pile was a manufacturer fault. Feltex rep came out and did his best to rectify the issue out of good will (by manually sewing it) and told me its definitely an installation fault. The tool they use to stretch the capet was not used correctly and has cut the capet hence why all the loop pile faults are around the edges of the room and not in the middle. Kruger still maintained it wasnt their fault.
Basically i wasnt getting anywhere and would have had to take it to tribunaI which was too stressful for me to do at the time. I suggest going to ANY other carpet and flooring business.

Couldnt be happier with the service and quality product from kruger carpets. From innitial measure and quote to install they were incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. I had issues with a difficult tenanted property which kruger carpets managed professionally and without complaint. I will gladly recommend them to whoever needs a top quality yet affordable carpeting job.

We recently had carpet supplied and installed by Kruger. The team from ordering to installation were very helpful, friendly and did a great job at a good price. Very happy and highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs. We've had some small issues with our carpet that was laid in May 2020 (missing underlay in sections and part of the carpet thread is unthreading. These issues were raise immediately and the underlay wasn't fixed until the end of last year and the threading issue they keep conveniently forgetting about. Their promised call backs never seem to happen, then crickets until I chase again.

When their warehouse person actually does call to arrange an appointment he gives you less than 24 hours notice and is quite happy to tell you that they fit in fixing issues in between laying carpet and we are at the bottom of the list in terms of priorities.

I called again today to find out what is happening regarding the unthreading and they had forgotten about it again. They offered to glue it in place or refer to the manufacturer who 'may' come out and possibly rethread it, however this will take a "long time". Refusal to lay a new piece of carpet where this issue is, despite it being reported when it was laid.

Unbelievable. And when I called out their less than average customer service, they "respectfully disagreed" with my assessment. I have an email chain of chase ups that I am super happy to share to prove my point.

Am sure they'll find a reason we are in the wrong when they respond given their responses to reviews below. That just about sums up Kruger Carpets.

Just shop elsewhere.

EDITED ADDITIONAL RESPONSE:

They sent out the manufacturer to review our issues as they were refusing to fix them. Carpet manufacturer turned up, laughed, spent two minutes with us and said it was an installation issue and they needed to refit carpets again (i.e. Kruger carpet issue). So, they (Kruger) came back and refitted carpet - and now we are left with even more issues than we started with.

The promised to come back to us.radio silence again and so now I begin chasing them up again and having to deal with their extremely hostile customer service. I have mountains of emails and images for anyone considering purchasing through Kruger.happy to share.

The below response from them is untrue and indicative of an organisation intent on blaming their customer rather than taking accountability for their very questionable workmanship.

We have a brand new Dyson, but apparently we can't use it on the carpet and it's our fault the carpet fluffs up. This has never been part of our major complaint and we are living with this, but they seem to be making a song and dance about it.

And as for the abuse, after one of their team called me a liar after I went through the months of chasing I had had to do to get a response from them. I told him that was bullsh*t. Not my finest hour but far from abuse. So Kruger carpets - we'll be delighted to never shop with you again. Just fix the mess you've left us with.

Make your own decisions on whether you want to be dealing with issues with your carpet almost a year after it was laid.

Great team and service. Happy with my decision to go with Kruger over one of the other larger suppliers I was considering.

Can't fault them. They laid my carpet a few months ago and it was a fair price, great service (lovely people and timing was on point) and carpet was laid perfectly.

We have come here a few times over the years. They offer great value with many of the brand names at discount prices. The staff are very helpful and friendly too.

I have used Kruger carpets a few times in the last 2 years and I have always found them to offer good prices and good communication.

Our visit was brief (we arrived on closing time but let us in anyway).
She listened to our needs and showed us a range of carpets.
I'd return.
