I really recommend Krown dental very good service. Dr Elias Dagher is the best dentist he explains things very clearly before doing anything so you can have a clear idea of what needs to be fixed exactly and how much will it cost. Dr Elias is very light handed I didn’t feel any pain during my experience.

The best Dentist, I had impacted wisdom tooth surgery by Dr. Imad Eltenn on the 12/ 12/23. He did the surgery professionally and carefully. The nurse Lina and Bahia are angels. They will all look after you. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed and couldn't feel the pain after like it never happen. Good price and Dr. Imad is very professional. I will give 10 star if I could. I will come back for cleaning. Thank you so much

My own dentist of 10 years refused to see me as an emergency patient. The minute I called Leena was so comforting and friendly and managed to fit me in within 30 mins. She also minded my newborn son whilst I was with Dr Imad. Honestly the best ever!

Krown Dental were extremely accomodating when I called them for an appointment; as they were booked for over a week, I requested to be notified in case of a cancellation and actually got a call back the same day for an appointment the following day! Wow.

Not happy at all!

I confirmed with the receptionist twice over the phone before booking if they use happy gas for children and she confirmed so. I went today to my appointment and they had nothing. So disappointing to let me leave my work, waste my time and then do nothing for my daughter.

Update after owner's response:

I did not deny at all. I said I was not sure who answered my call as on that day I called many clinics. I confirmed that I booked ONLY because the receptionist said you provide happy gas for children.

Second, the dentist is a respectful and kind person and I did not mention anything bad about him nor about the assistant. They both were kind and cooperative. It is not their fault. Not my daughter's. I know my daughter would not let them do anything without using sedation. I would not have gone to the clinic if no sedation was available. Just for your information no referral has been given for us.

Third, your practice manager did not apologise once. She was trying to make me admit I was wrong. She forgot to inform you that she was trying to bribe me by asking me to take the review down and she will give me toothbrushes in return! This is shameful!
I would have taken the review down myself without her offer if I really felt her caring about me as a patient rather than caring about the stars.

Finally, I did not make up a story. The receptionist must have admitted she gave me the wrong information.

Getting positive feedback is great but getting negative one is also just normal in any business. It is not okay at all to ask those who had bad experience to take their review down and to only keep positive ones! This is not professional!

Could not be any happier with the results I got at Krown! Went in to close my gap and the results were 10/10! I was given all the information and different ways I could do it and was able to pick the one I wanted with the recommendation from the dr! Great service and would recommend to anyone

This was the first time I went to see Dr. IMAD ELTENN. Unfortunately I had to pull out a tooth that was very hard and infected. The doctor did it for me so skillfully that I did not feel any pain at all. He is very gentle and clever and I am very grateful to him. ️
