One of their cars, wrote off our vehicle. They wanted to repair it in house to avoid the trouble of 'insurance companies' for us. Car was returned multiple sensor errors including abs, not surprising, considering the back half of the car and brakes were taken out. A set of genuine gtr rims were replaced with $300 chinesium rims, we were told the correct replacement was being sourced however we have since been told 'oh well'. The car is not driving properly nor up to standard, and I doubt will likley pass a proper independent safety inspection. Civil and NCAT legal action is being recommended by fair trading. Be very wary with your interactions. You may be told everything you need to hear, and then once out the door itself like it never happened.

There are Many issues with this company. They took my credit card with three digit at the back and I have to camcel that credit card because it is not safe now. I said I am uncomfortable but that was the only option. They charged me one more day because I was 45 min late. I did not use the car that much but still they forced me to take it and vaccuum clean small particles in it.

Fantastic service and the most affordable car rental service in Sydney. 35aud (with insurance) per day. Unlimited mileage travel.

The mechanic staff very kindly to check the car which l hire about the test driving and air conditioning also lighting.l happy the service like them and price was very reasonable.l must recommend all my friend, relative and colleague when they need the hire car for emmergency or some occassionally.

Very unprofessional and deceptive rental car company. I would definitely keep away. I rented a car for ride share and the car they gave to me ended up braking down after a day.lost a few hundred dollars of income but they still charged me rental fee even though the car they gave me had transmission problems and engine light turned on.it was a problematic car but you only realise it after the engine starts to heat up, they knew the car had issues but they still rented it out just so they can make a few extra bucks.the customer service if you would like to call it that is rude and very arrogant. They keep on charging your credit card even after you have returned the vehicle.all in all I was not happy with their customer service and vehicles. I would never recommend them to anyone even my worst enemy.

Had the worst customer service! The owner was so mean to the stuff in front of the customers I felt really bad! Also the car they provided to me was in poor condition, smelly and not well maintained. Do not recommend to anyone!

I worked 3 years with this company, owners are very honest very helpful never had an issue in this 3 years, 7/24 support reasonable rent prices and very honest people i strongly recommend for my uber driver partners to use this company no deposit nothing just take the car you want and pay next week.

Excellent company great people. I see some poor reviews and I feel you guys must have went to other business in another area/country because its false or your either an idiot. Tina and Andrew & staff will go out of there way to assist you with anything. Be patient with this company as they are extremely busy at all times and we help with any need and problems that requires attention.

I wanted to rent a car for Uber ad and I had just been approved. I work an office job during the week so wanted to pick the car up on a weekend. I called in and was advised that I can pick up the car on Saturday. A gentleman said over the phone that the lowest I would pay is $200 and the highest I would pay is $300. He told me to come in on Saturday morning and "the girls" would take care of me. Advised I would have to pick a car and price would depend on that. The website said there were 300 available cars. It also said there were no hidden fees. I go to the location which was 172 Parramatta road, Granville in Sydney. The place looked destitute and shonky. When I walked in I noticed there was only one employee who was with a customer and there was a applicant waiting. The employee was dressed like she just finished working in the garden. There was no politeness or proper greeting. She was making fun of and talking down to an older Chinese man she was serving. In between serving him she told me to come check out the cars. She then tells me that there is only one car available. The website days 300 but at location she tells me only 1 Kia serato is available. The car has slight dents and hail damage. Very overpriced in my opinion at $290. She assures me I can always change it. I'm wondering how could they change it for anything when.there are no cars.also with only 1 employee I dontd think they would have any time.e to change it. The paper work also says that I would have to pay $30 per week for insurance. Nowhere in the advertising did they mention this. There is also a long list of admin and processing fees. I feel very misled by their advertising online. Created the illusion of choice and then offer u one car. Also the one employee was sitting at her desk And she saw customers walking up to the door and she actually said "poor people", as if she knows All customers are lied to, overcharged and have to wait long to be served. Visiting this location and seeing how they operate gave me no confidence at all in the to be a car partner for me or other Uber drivers.my suggestion is not to bother eith these guys, dont be fooled by the pretty website. It is misleading advertising. I feel they are using some illegal/unethical practices by forcing customers to choose a overpriced car by creating the illusion of scarcity. Stay away.

This company is familly oriantated and look after ther custumers and are always are wiling to help you out with anything you need and wery friendly. I highly recomendet to anyone who needs a car to rent.

Worst customer service. I have hired a car and used my eTag for travel. My credit card has been charged multiple times next month and when I contacted business and they refused to do anything about it.after 4 months I started receiving toll notices at my address and after lengthy investigation with RMS, I found that I have been nominated by Krooz. I tried to contact again but no one answer phone. After multiple tries someone picked up phone and asked me send copies of all notices so that can be removed from my name.

It didn't stop there, after 1 month, I again start receiving toll notices and I had to send a copy to Krooz multiple times to correct it.

This is a greedy and unprofessional business, once your licence details are with them, you will be ripped multiple time. STAY AWAY!

Scum company. Don’t fall into the trap. Absolutely unprofessional practices, no proper response time, no proper department for your queries. We hired a Car for Uber for only 2 weeks. The toll tag was installed in it while driving but still kept getting toll notices for that car. It’s been more than an year now and still they are sending those notices. They deducted money from given bank account for no reason. Those toll notices were not for us as these were out of our period when we held the car. Spoke with KROOZ several time and requested to remove our contact details from their data base but they kept sending these toll notices. Now left with no other option but to involve the police.

Received the most Poor customer service in my entire life. They don’t know how to speak with customer. Don’t fall into the trap of lower cost of rental cars. You will hire the car a week or so and then you will regret it for next couple of years. As they will keep charging you from your bank without any reason.

Excellent service. Made it very convenient to rent a car short-term, even when I didn't know exactly how long I'd need it for.

This place is really good they helped me out when my car was involved in an accident.
This service allowed me to keep earning money while i waited 3 weeks for my car to come back from the shop.

Call about a car 10: 31 HR ON SATURDAY? Office is closed on a SATURDAY, THERE MESSAGE BANK SAID THEY ARE OPEN, gave out there hours are Monday to fri and Saturday 9am to 12pm.they can even be honest on there opening hours, what the rest of there atitude like to people
