Great doughnuts and bagels while waiting for flights. Fast and friendly service. Decent bathrooms too.

Regular customer review. Best donuts in the city. But recently quality reduced. I think it’s because of Airport area or I don’t know what’s the reason. But few donuts is not fresh. Very hard and dry.

Polite staff who went out of their way to ensure non halal donuts were acceptable for me/my group. Overall very pleasant

One of the cleanest kk stores I go to. Customer service always nice. But in general all kk donuts have gone smaller. I would prefer the old shape bigger donuts.

The clerks were all very friendly and I ordered a chicken avocado bagel combo, but the Long Black was the only one that was warm, so I ordered the bagel separately and the Ice Long Black separately. It was delicious. The original donuts were also delicious.

The venue is large and very nice and above all it is in a very convenient location, as it is located near Sydney's domestic airport.
When I see a Krispy Kreme shop I always go in, because I find their donuts delicious. However, with great regret, our experience in this place was not the best. We were deciding which donut to get and the boy who was behind the window and waiting for us to choose, while waiting, picked his nose twice. Honestly, it's very annoying and it's not good for the store and for a name as famous as Krispy Kreme. I understand that these are things that can happen and I'm sure he made this gesture without thinking about it but we didn't feel like taking anything and left. For me Krispy Kreme is the best when it comes to donuts and I expect the best in everything. We will definitely return and I'm sure that next time our experience will be better than this.and I will give it five stars!

This is the messiest, dirtiest and most disorganised place I’ve ever seen! With the amount of people coming into this store you would expect them to have high standards but it defiantly isn’t the case. Tables are full of rubbish, no where to sit, the floor is so sticky and has scraps all over it, behind the counter theres rubbish that isn’t placed in the bin, there is stuff everywhere it doesn’t look welcoming or professional not only to mention having to wait forever for a wrong order. This place needs new management and the staff need to be re trained!

Very bad service, very low and worst customer service by the front staff. Many customer had very bad experiences from them. All unprofessional staff attending at the front to serve. Worst coffee had ever tested in my life.

The new pokemon range is cute. It's so much better having krispy kremes fresh from the store than from a 7/11 servo where they are already a day old.

I've placed an order for my little one birthday the night before the party.
It was ready on time, fresh, and kids loved it.

Please fix your opening hours. They open at 5: 30am not 5am. I tried to go through the drive through but they were closed and I had to wait half an hour for them to open

The only downside to this place is the doughnuts get over really quick. I have always loved Krispy Kreme for their custard filled doughnuts. This was one of the usual places I visited while in Sydney's lockdown. I would take my usual flat white/cappuccino and filled doughnut. Lots of memories associated with this place.

Don't understand the appeal. Products are far too sweet and not cheap. Should tailor for a non usa marketplace. Site is good though and staff friendly.

Walked in to purchase 2 coffee's stood at the counter for 5 min with no acknowledgement from the one staff member that walked pass me twice. Mind you I was the only customer in the outlet. I was a frequent customer but after today I will definitely not be going back. Lift your customer service game guys.

I love the warm donut. Person at the counter offered me one. New range for kids are too sweet as my kids told me. Pineapple flavour could be new one to add on. I would go for original one for sure.

Terrible experience. Few days ago, I ordered through a delivery service and Krispy Kreme sent me a wrong order. However, a responsible person there apologise and gave us a credit for a further purchase. I tried ordering just now and a different guy just said that he does not know anything about the credit. He did not really listen my situation and explanation. He forced me to understand that he could not do anything. He only told us that he did not know anything and he asked us to contact the delivery service, but rather its their problem. Customer service should be improved:)

Staff are friendly and quick at service here.

Hot oirginal glaze are alwayz amazing. & staff is real quick even if thr is a long queue not to worry.

I just love their donuts. Especially their wide range of flavours and my all time favourite, original glazed. Best time to get the original glazed is when they are coming fresh out of the line. The line is not always on and you need to refer to their website for the timing.

Great place to bring the kids to see how doughnuts are being made. The staff is very friendly, the product is fresh.
