Friendly staff, great selection of donuts and nice hot chocolate. I had the original glazed before my flight to Melbourne and it put a smile on my face!

If your business hours say you’re open at 6am, then you’re open to serve at 6am, not turning people away saying you’re not open. Either change your business hours or serve your customers since that’s your job

Absolutely amazing. Everybody working there today 26.6.22 where so incredibly nice, the coffee's are really nice. Overall a great place to get something nice too eat/drink ️

Hoping to get doughnuts for friends and ourselves before flying out. Started lining up at 0530. Still no sign of staff or movement at 0610. Had to head towards gate.

Best doughnuts bar none. Open promptly at 6am for those early flyers. Not sure what time it actually closes on regular days.

Krispy Kreme located in Sydney T2 is truely an amazing addition to the Sydney domestic terminal, the staff are friendly and fast and their original glazed donuts are truely divine and have their special flavour, the coffee is fresh and isn’t burnt and the store is modern and looks clean and aesthetic. A must visit if looking for coffee.

Food is great but the customer service is terrible. Asked for help after spilling a drink and I get rolled eyes from the manager and a cranky 'just go, I suppose we'll figure it out'.

What a joke! Rude indian women. They put baby spinach instead of rockett, and give you a different bagel than the one that is ordered on their menu. They don't care about anyone, they have poor work ethic which is scary when eating their food.

Best coffee at the airport and for the best price. Super friendly staff working efficiently, despite busy hours. Doughnuts were good but a bit too sweet for our tastings.

It is Monday, November 18,2019 staff took all the doughnuts at 8: 30pm before 9pm when they were supposed to close. We ordered the one that they took and they said it sold out a long time ago. Really did not had a good time. You need to watch your staff!

Terrible service. Stood there for 5 mins whole the staff ignored me and served everyone who came after.

Ended up walking away.

After too many outrageously expensive breakfasts at Sydney airport I finally realised Krispy Kreme is what I was searching for. Bagel with cream cheese and you get a free coffee. Coffee was decent too. Bagels are fine, they are not stingy with the cream cheese either.

Customer service is good and they would push for more buying; Please don't feel annoyed as they do talk sense if it is more than 2 people worth of donuts you will be buying.

Got the 12 for $12 and was so good. They weren’t fresh but with a deal like that (and demand) it was still good. Service was good. Had a huge variety of donuts also.

Boy if you like donuts this is the place! They do a nice coffee here too plus milkshakes etc but you come here for the DONUTS! They spell them wrong! !
Fantastic display - so many you can't decide so ask nicely for one of the lovely friendly helpful girls pick them out tor you!
One of the only places in Sydney where they actually MAKE the things right in front of you! Can't buy 24 at a 711 generally; youre lucky to get to 12 nice ones! So come here, relax in the Yankee Diner atmosphere and have a latte or milkshake or hot chocolate! What Ever!

I freaking love doughnuts and I love this place I highly suggest Krispy Kreme Doughnuts to anyone who likes doughnuts.
